Location for a city break Excellent staff and very comfortable
We liked the location of the hotel and its ambient very much. The reception staff was very helpful also with luggage that we had to deposit for another while after checking out of our room.
There was no obvious way to circumvent having to haul our heavy suitcases up the staircase at the entrance. Neither was there a sign or hotel staff to either give a hand or point a better way. In addition the temperature of the shower was impossible to regulate. For a hotel room in this category this should be a given.
The hotel is in a very good location, close to central city and in a safe area. It was also very good value for money. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly.
our room was on the road side of hotel and was quite noisy late night and early morning. We will use this hotel again but will ask for room on the other side of corridor.
Bed was comfy and there were tissues provided in the bathroom! Nothing more I can find that I liked!
Extremely run down. Everything felt like it needed a good clean but it was just tired and warn. Very noisy as close to a main road and cross walk. Would have been a nice hotel in its hay day.
The staff were very pleasant.
Really comfortable bed Quiet, peaceful atmosphere Luggage hold after check-out Comfortable reception area Perfect central location
A little bit pricey to stay here
Staff were great, friendly service and tasteful decor, would recommend to anyone staying on a short term break.
Breakfast was plain
Located in the Heart of Dublin, within walking distance from the main touristic sites and main museums, this hotel provides comfort and exquisite service at a more than reasonable price.
Location excellent. Comfortable room with a lovely luxury feel.
The location ..
The bar the reception far too dark. Staff just ok .
Staff were amazing, helped us print our boarding passes and arrange a very early taxi for the next morning. Location is great, bathroom nice and modern, comfortable bed.
The room looked like it could have used a fresh coat of paint.
Ambience Staff Excellent breakfast Location Great bars and restaurants walking distance Cultural sites too
No mattress protector! First time ever in a hotel including Third World countries.
Good and helpful receptionists, who were pleased to answer all my queries. Quiet location.
Remote car parking
Staff were nice and helpful and was very close to my office for an early start.
85 euros is too much to pay just to check in late, sleep and check out early the next morning. There should be a cheaper mid week room only rate.
The hotel is very central for sightseeing and shopping.Staff were friendly and attentive at breakfast. As my booking was for room only I bought a continental breakfast the next morning and my 5 year old daughter was not charged for eating. The bedroom was clean and comfortable.
The reception area is gloomy. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was civil but not friendly. Two negatives on arrival are not a great start.
Everything , and the food was great also
Aircon. Good breakfast selection
No ramps outside to wheel cases up. No porters to help. Lift was shuddering. Carpets were filthy. Room very small with a seriously cracked sink and loose taps. A few of waitresses uniforms were filthy and worn.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Booked a single room but got a double with a massive king size bed. Great location for me as I had business @'Trinity College but it was also easy to get into the centre at night
The room was very hot and even with the cold air fan on I struggled to get any sleep. The room faced the street so opening the window meant lots of traffic noise. Granted It was very humid in Dublin when I visited.
Found a ladies bra in the room very not very professional for a hotel
Location, staff and secure parking.
Bedrooms need an upgrade
Rooms a bit small
All good, although the rooms are small.
Hair dryer in a drawer.
location was great for us as we don't mind walking but for those who prefer the hop on hop off bus stop is close by. staff were helpful especially with advice about where to go, providing a phone charger, access to printer for tickets etc. room was comfortable.
price as our visit coincided with the planned garth brooks concerts but I guess hotels make their money where they can
Location, ease of use.
Breakfast too expensive. I skipped it and ate elsewhere.
