Comfortable bed Friendly staff
Dirty toilets No on site parking Unable to pull up outside hotel to check in
Hotel was easy to find. Just off shopping streets so was not noisy by night. King bed massive very comfortable nights sleep. Windows can open almost fully so room was not stuffy as hotel rooms tend to get. Nice to have tea/coffee making facilities. Large bathroom. Though the do not disturb switch inside the room was a great idea. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Late checkout charge is 25euro and parking is very expensive
Location convenient and neighborhood safe. Serviceable & clean were best attributes.
Mattress was a rock; housekeeping opened door to room at 6:30 A.M. and woke us up. No security locks on entry door. 3 days to get a working hairdryer. Door stop was broken off & entry door kept hitting mirrored closet doors.
THE STAFF WHERE VERY HELPFUL.ROOM WAS GREAT,
THERE WAS A PARTY ON IN THE BAR AREA WHICH WAS SHALL WE SAY WAS LOUD WHICH MADE US LEAVE BAR AREA .
City centre location, restaurant quality
The waiter service in the restaurant was variable, on some days being excellent, on some days being poor
The room , the location, friendly staff
Not getting breakfast, it wouldn't of cost much , but you s were going to charge a lot , so I didn't bother
Loved the staff..very accommodating The bar The food The location...the hotel was excellent..th food was fantastic value for money Would defo stay again but would ask for a room away from the cleaners station!
Can be noisy in th mornings with th cleaners banging th doors..woken up several times from 7am because of this. Not what you want when your on a break from work and want a lie in!
The bed was a nice firmness. The rooms were comfortable. It was nice not to have to use a converter for our US appliances.
The pillows were too flat. It would have been nice to have a flat top sheet on the bed. The duvet was too heavy and hot. Also, not having a wash cloth was difficult. Too much street noise at night but realize it may have been due to the championship game being played that weekend.
location to city center
a bit old
Late check out.
my room looked over the bins!
The location is central, though still quiet at night and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Our room was very warm and there was no way to regulate the temperature. I found it hard to sleep due to the heat of the room.
every part of my stay
The location of this hotel is very good. The staff were friendly and attentive. We complained about the street noise the first night and the staff upgraded us to a suite which was very nice and quite at the back of the hotel. The bed was great. The decor was quite nice. The bathrooms were really clean. For Dublin, $250 USD per night for this quality of hotel is not bad.
Recommend that you request a room that is not street front because the traffic and street noise can be quite disturbing
The shower was manke!! The bed was uncomfortable. The staff was rude and unfriendly
I thought Juan went out of his way to help out when my booking was wrong. Location was excellent also and bed great!
Nothing to do with the hotel, just that the booking had been messed up.
the big bed,
slow service when checking in,
Stayed in this hotel some years ago. Nothing has changed much. Could do with a fresh modern look.
Room beside lift.
Friendly staff, quality of sleep, location and wifi.
Some furniture of the room is a bit dated.
Proximity to city centre. Room good size. Shower excellent. Good bar with bar food and friendly staff there. Good hot breakfast and not from a buffet.
Room was a good size but a bit dark/gloomy as little daylight getting in. Room too close to a "talking" lift, despite requesting a room NOT near the lift. Room on 2nd floor but had to be accessed by using two separate lifts. No "turn down" service in the evening.
Location, friendliness of staff.
View from room 1234. Lack of atmosphere in bar area.
the location was very good
Towels were worn. No water bottles in the bedroom. 1shampoo & shower gel in the bathroom (mean) 4* star rating but really it's a 3*
The staff were so helpful and friendly
Could not fault my stay in this hotel
