Like many other hotels this one offers the worst room in the hotel when you arrive as a new customer
Central to Dublin city - shops, restaurants etc on doorstep. Nice bar - food excellent, good range of beers, wines.
Check In welcome wasn't great, left standing while staff chatted
I lived the location and the staff were very friendly. Also it was very central and had a good atmosphere about the hotel and a wide range of ages staying there.
I was very disappointed with my room as it was not what i had requested and had the extras missing that i had paid for on booking. It was my partners 40th birthday and was a special ocassion. We were moved the next day to a nicer room and what I had paid for but unfortunately all we could hear at 6am in the morning was the service door beside our room being open and shut by cleaners all morning long.
I got charged €200 to my account after we paid in full the day after. So be careful when they ask to wipe your card when you book in cause they take money straight away after they saying it was just for security reasons
Parking offsite not clear on website, booked hotel understanding parking was available onsite not a 10 minute walk in the rain with bags
Location, staff, bed was huge and comfy, fab bathroom
Housekeeping not great, I don't like coming back to the room at 4pm and the housekeepers had not been, the whole point of being in a hotel is relaxation, quite hard to relax when the room still needs making up
- location, helpful front desk staff
- weak WiFi
Great location, handy for just about everything. Near to Baggot street the home of real Dublin pubs!
Great location, short walk to Grafton Street, temple bar etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Modern and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
Great location helpful and friendly staff
Friendly and helpful staff. Great location right on Stephen's Green.
The car park they use is massive and very busy, I ended up on the 9th level.
Position in Central Dublin, friendly staff, well appointed rooms, a good buzz and a breakfast which was good and reasonably priced. A real find!
Everything! Excellent, professional, friendly management and staff. Great location;comfortable rooms; good food and a great bar.
Everything about this hotel was brilliant, I stayed there by myself for the first night and was joined by my husband thereafter - I felt completely safe and looked after by the staff throughout. The rooms are very comfortable and to a high standard. Katie, on reception, was absolutely brilliant and was a high contributor to the satisfaction of my stay - she couldn't do enough to help, what a star!!
Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff
Location, comfort, cleanliness.
Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay.
Had great service and the location was perfect.
our room wasn't cleaned. There is an annoying system of switching on or off a switch in the room which resembles a light switch, easy to turn on inadvertently and then your room does not get cleaned nor will you get clean towels.
Rooms given not to my expectation, asked for higher floor and was given first floor this had to be changed. Room is tired, no pictures on walls in room, wifi not great, bed too hard, cleaning staff very loud, woke us at 8am banging doors, we came away to get a rest and didn't get any. No residents bar very disappointing, no atmosphere in bar.
Room was comfortable and both breakfast and dinner were high quality
Air conditioning was a bit finicky to change
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the staff was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was great. I would definitely stay here again.
Room was of high standard but bar area very drab ....needs atmosphere.
Its my third time in the hotel. I have seen that brakfast is getting loose its quality.
Had to cancel original (no cancellation booking) dates. Hotel offered us alternative dates, upgraded us and threw in free breakfasts. Once at hotel, staff were excellent.
This hotel is brilliantly placed for exploring Dublin - almost all the major attractions were in walking distance, and there is a tourist bus stop at the other side of St Stephens Green. It's very comfortable, well-thought out, and the staff and breakfast were excellent.
There's nothing not to like. It's pricey, but it was well worth the extra to us as first-time visitors.
