The staff were so helpful and friendly
Could not fault my stay in this hotel
Big comfortable bed, good value for money!
Coffees are really expensive in the bar!
Huuuuge Bed in a spacious room, v friendly staff
Bathroom was a bit tired
We are always happy with the location but we were delighted when we got to our room as we were given an unexpected treat of an upgrade to a suite....we enjoyed every minute of it!!!
Very good location. Step out of hotel and next street north will be Crafton street (pedestrian). Opposite the hotel you have Stephens Green park. Temple bar is 15 minutes walk (1.2 km). Staff was nice and Juan in particular.
Made to feel at home. Able to reach most destinations on foot
Chairs scraping on the floor of the breakfast room. A stick-on pad would resolve my 'pickie' complaint
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
From our arrival at O'Callaghans to our departure we were treated with curtesy and efficiency. The staff were friendly and helpful with any queries we had. The location is superb and I would highly recommend it.
The Wi-Fi was touch and go but, work is in progress all over Dublin at the moment laying fibre optic cables to improve internet connection. Hence the disruption to Wi-Fi service.
Position Duty manager good and cheerful Rooms adequate
Lunchtime menu poor Bar staff unattentive Meeting areas poor Decor generally drab
Location Manager who dealt with our issues
Breakfast Receptionist who checked us in Room cleanliness No set down area as parking is 5min walk away difficult with baby and luggage
Food somewhat expensive
nothing- get ticket for car parking validated properly
We got a very good price, 80 euro for the night. Great value. Good location. Rooms nicely designed. Efficient check in/out.
King bed was two single beds joined-crack down the middle.
Room size (got the executive double) Location is in a better area than temple bar and very close to that section Best price in area Very clean and enjoyable
Limited amenities (room service, hair conditioner, mini bar)
Location Staff Room Quick check in Quick check out
No car park . Menu can be better .
The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The location is perfect if you want to just stroll around central Dublin or visit some of it's historic sites. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to have a break in Dublin!
The best thing about this hotel is its location. Just beside St. Stephens Green and a few minutes walk to Grafton Street and the buzz of central Dublin. Delicious breakfast and room very comfortable.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Allowed early check in. Clean and comfortable. Good location.
Booked a double room but it was just two single beds pushed together.
Well located, friendly staff, good beeakfast
Two rooms had been booked but only one room reserved when we got there, problem sorted quickly, luckily the hotel wasn't full!
Location close to The Green/Grafton St/restaurants. Room was huge and lovely, bathroom obviously newly fitted and shower great.
Lacking some attention from staff who seemed to just appear when clients arrived. No real atmosphere at Main Reception/Bar. Whilst I appreciate there are many restaurants within easy reach I still don't know if the hotel restaurant served more than breakfast! Balcony dirty with cigarettes butts and litter not cleared for some time. The leather chair in the room was not very comfortable and the second small chair little more than a stool (ideal for drying my hair but little else)
Friendly helpful staff, good size bright room with a view, great central location.
Limited wine selection in bar no quarter bottles available
Lovely view from the room.
Walk to car park.
Good location, easy to walk to many places. Really nice room with fully functioning air conditioning (rarer than you might think in Dublin). Comfortable, no disturbances from other guests. Extremely helpful and friendly staff on the receiption. I would definitely stay here again.
Breakfast - we took a look and decided not to bother. There was probably a lot of cooked stuff on offer but we were looking for a better cold / continental selection. We went to Starbucks instead and had a feast of a breakfast and still saved money compared to the price at the hotel.
