there is a club, which played music until 4am which is operated by the hotel and kept us up all night. On the plus side we moved hotel after one night and were given a full refund. |

Perfect location, room big enough, nice bathroom. The lift doesn't work and our room was in the last floor. Side lamps didn't work. |

It was comfortable enough and very reasonable price The heating did not work and the double bed was two singles of different heights pushed together, nearly fell down the crack between the beds! Also there is building work ongoing and they start at 8am each morning! |

Basic, affordable accomodation and very close to the city centre. We were on the top (3rd) floor and found the room very quiet with no outside noise at night. The cafe next door was excellent and did a lovely breakfast. The lift was not working for the 3 days we were there and it was a bit of a struggle up to the 3rd floor at times. There was some building work going on at the hotel but it was almost un-noticeable. |

Great location and great and friendly staff. Engineering work in progress behind the hotel, so it was really noisy between 8am to 5pm. We stayed from there during the week it`s probably quieter. Also need more channels on TV . |

Generally lacked clealiness. Doors , hand rail bannister, dirty wooden trim around bath base..why? Some staff helpfull and pleasant, some sour and wooden. Suggest an indoor public phone. Cafe was a warm and friendly place. What is your business? What is your market? There was no mention of renovations when I booked and yet the whole of my stay was interrupted with loud and invasive noise. If not spill over from the bar, then drilling and banging from the renos. Most dissatisfied and feel robbed! |

The hotel was very central, near shopping and grafton street. The noise from the street was very bad, we had to be moved to another room, it could be cleaner. I would recommend it for a couple or single people not for a family. Also there was no parking. |

Ladies on the front desk during the daytime were very pleasant and helpful Couldn't find the hotel at first, not very well signed from the streetfront. Front desk staff at night were very rude, obnoxious, and completely unreasonable. Although we were well behaved at all times, they wouldn't allow friends up to the room, refused to let friends use the toilet in reception and threatened to call the police if they didn't leave. Absolutely awful experience. Noise from the street was very loud, made it difficult to sleep. Tried to move hotels that night but couldn't find anywhere else at short notice. |

Closer to city centre than we thought, easy to walk in and bus stop just outside Lucky with room being on third floor, on the side so we had a view of the hillside on the edge on the city. Room quite large, good bathroom, tea and coffee making equipment, everything we required for a city break. Bus for the airport (16A) can also be caught outside for E2.20. Arrived to book in at 13.00 as directed but was then told we couldn't book in until 14.00, had lunch in cafe joined to hotel so it wasn't too much of a problem and food was good. Reception staff not over friendly but warmed the more they saw us. Room ok but blind on velux window was rotted by sunlight and was tearing away from bottom restraining rod. Towels changed daily but could do with renewing soon. |
