Yes the hotel reception was dirty as was our room. The quality of the furniture was appaling and very damaged. The bed linens and pillows were stained and dirty.and smelled of cigarrette smoke The bathroom and even the light switches were dirty. Also the whole hotel was smelling of cigarrette smoke. We had booked for 3nights but only stayed for 1 as we had commtted ourselves to one night. |

Excellent location within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Clean spacious rooms. This is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for, but it was excellent value for money. It is above a night club, but if you ask for a quiet room the staff will oblige if possible. We were on the third floor and were not disturbed at all. The hotel itself was nice and quiet while we were there. |

Ease of access to Temple Bar and city centre. Breakfast room/cafe good value if you're not b & b. A bottle of bleach wouldn't go amiss in the bathroom. More care to cleaning rooms (I found a teaspoon pushed into a milk carton near my bed from the last occupants). Noise from people queuing to get into Flannery's bar across the road disturbed my friends, as we overlooked Camden Street. |

The tv had a decent selection of channels. The lift worked. Location good. Bed was comfy. No alarm clock. Curtains ripped, shower curtain ripped, causing water everywhere during a shower. Toilet not always the best. Coffee pot missing from room. Not worth the price, in my opinion. It was the same type of hotel I stayed in a few days earlier in Paris. Dublin's price was way more expensive. For those who don't like noise, don't stay here. Drunk ppl everywhere, all hours. |

The position in the middle of Dublin, it was very easy to reach it. There were some little problems in room's furniture. |

Close to the city centre The reception we recieved on arrival was extreamly poor and was so from then on for the duration of our stay. We were made to feel uncomfortable and our questions and queries were met with short and unhelpful answers. This severly tainted our opinion of the hotel overall. |

I liked that the room was spacious and the location was nice, not too far from Temple Bar. The rooms were named after actors since the hotel used to be a theatre! Some parts seemed a bit worn out, like the names on the doors could be renewed since there were letters missing and it just looked shabby. Our tub was leaking so there was a puddle of water near the bathroom door every time we took a shower. |

Nice room, close to touristy things! Doors would slam shut and you had to be out by 11 am if you wanted your room to be cleaned. I'm on holiday - I sleep in. |
