Most of the staff were very friendly and the location is very central. We were also able to get sandwiches late in the evening on arrival. Unfortunately, there was a rodent behind our bed. We couldn't find it and assume that it was in the wall apparently chewing at the insulation. After a number of sleepless hours we reported it to the desk. There was no other room available so we had a sleepless night. On checking out a female manager said that she doubted very much our story. We had paid and were not looking for compensation. |

Nicely decorated rooms, convenient location , free parking. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. All together, a very good choice for three star standard hotel in good area of Dublin. I would recommend the hotel to my colleagues and friends. The breakfast , which was ordered for the romm, was a major dissapointment. WIthout question, the worst bacon and sausage I have ever been offered in any cafe, restaurant, or hotel. Ever!. Nothing will convince me that the bacon was not a reheat from one or two days before it was served to me. That goes for the sausages also. The manager did phone me and apologised for the standards. |

The hotel is very clean, modern and well laid out. On week days, breakfast was from 7 am. With the traffic problems of Dublin if you had an early morning meeting it could make things a bit tight to eat breakfast. |

I was on crutches ! & staying on the 3rd floor and the lifts were broke; I asked to be positioned on ground floor which the hotel was unable to do, so therefore I could not enjoy the hotel facilities and had to tackle the stairs at great difficulty - even had to carry my own luggage from the car park, up the stairs to the 3rd floor on crutches; Relaxing weekend, some chance ! |

locality to the city we were disturbed twice in the morning by the housekeeper even though we had not checked out. The breakfast could have been hotter |
