Enjoyed the leisure facilities - especially after the marathon. Rooms well sized and comfortable. Easily accessible location for city sights etc. |

It was very convenient to city centre Very few Irish staff. Staff very offhand, poor communication skills.I was charged €2.95 for a small cup of black coffee, which I thought too expensive. My husband was ignored at the bar for 10 mins even though there were no customers to be served. |

Staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful. Room was not thoroughly cleaned. (Marks or stains on furniture and bath panel there throughout our stay. Distribution of electrical sockets was extremely poor, situated beneath the dressing table, necessitating being on hands and knees to use. Not good for a room supposedly for disabled people. We had an evening meal in the bar and the food was poor. No-one came to ask if everything was OK. |

Very pleasant weekend, staff very helpful, rooms comfortable, clean, great facilities - pool, parking, ideal location close to city centre, dart, pubs, restaurants. would do it again! More options on the breakfast menu would be good - One price whether having full irish or just tea and toast. But plenty of alternatives in the locality! |

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was a good size. Location was very convenient and communal areas of hotel were very glam more towels would have been good as there were no spares for hair. The rule of wearing a cap in the pool / paying for lockers was annoying as we kept forgetting to take cash for this. The corridor to our room looked quite old and shabby and smelled of smoke a bit (strange as it was non smoking floor) and room overlooked the back of a pub so you could hear barrels being moved around. Signage to the rooms was awful - my friend ended up locked in a service corridor trying to find room! |

Very friendly staff, loved having a swimming pool, and wasn't very far on foot to the centre of town. Would definitely come back. Excellent hotel for a 3 star - wondered why the star rating was not higher! |

The hotel is very central to the main areas of Dublin and also provided some very acceptable gym and leisure facilities. |

We stayed for 3 nights over a weekend. We really liked our room, while plain it was very comfortable and very clean. The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. We had no problems at all it even suited my boyfriend as he could sit down in the bar and watch the football matches! Nothing bad to say really...... well perhaps a little thing, the bath was a bit on the small side. |

Free access to the pool, sauna, hammam and jacuzzi, from 7am to 21h30 was superb, and it was never very busy. The rooms are very stylish and spacious and the bed was very comfortable/luxurious. I was able to change my room when I got put next to a noisy, banging swing door, and after that everything was fine. Great also to have your own iron in the room. Nothing at all negative comes to mind! |

All excellent, though could be more car parking spaces, underground car park only partially available to hotel, but I suppose with car parks in cities the more spaces you have the more you need, just not too happy at having to park in cul de sac a walk away on arrival at 1.30 a.m. but was tired and hadn't taken in small print that car park could be full. |

Hotel had a quiet , relaxed atmosphere, we were able to relax and unwind after our business meetings . The leisure Facilities which attracted us to the Hotel in the first place were excellent . Window had a limited opening and I found the room a bit stuffy and warm . |

Not too far from the city centre and well maintained hotel. Focusing on the business and tourist market. Great pool and leisure facilities. I would return there. The price of drinks in the bar were unreasonably high although in fairness, prices of everything in Dublin during our trip ranged from pricy to exorbitant. |

The staff was very accommodating in letting us check in very early in the morning upon our arrival from the USA. We had a shower in need of repair and the staff fixed it quickly once they were aware of it. We had a "corner" room which was rather small and very noisy over the cafe. (Noisy weekend with the football finals!) |

The hotel is situated easily for city centre site seeing and shopping. I had room service for dinner which was very good. It had a good convivial atmosphere around the foyer and bar area. I thought breakfast was a bit expensive and my solo room though acceptable was a bit tired. |
