Location , staff,room
Tried to book for valentines but it's just a bit too expensive.
Cleanliness Location Breakfast
Sauna out of order for duration of stay. Heat in the rooms with radiators on full, option to adjust the temp but not completely.
Location was excellent
The staff in restaurant were so rude and very poor, the nite porter needs manners ,needs to relax and that's when you are tryin to get in to hotel at 12 30 at nite.
Location Facilities Parking
Does any hotel have a real double bed anymore without having to join two singles
Magda on reception desk was very acccomodating and helpful. Rest of the staff were also very pleasent. Breakfast in bed was delicious and plentyful.
Only downside was the beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable causing a restless sleep.
location is perfect - easy reach of key attractions but far enough away from hustle and bustle to be peaceful. check-in and check-out process was really smooth. breakfast was delicious.
I wouldn't complain about any aspect of the visit.
reception, Wide range of breakfast bedrooms general facilities
perhaps parking facilities
My husband and I stay in Dublin quite a bit, this is the first time staying here and it is lovely. The rooms, the leisure facilities to the staff were all great. We would like to see more deals for family stays as we would consider bringing our kids the next time.
The only complaint we have is that the steam room in the leisure facilities had an awful smell in it.
Appreciated the spa facilities
The hotel was quite central; about10- 15 minutes walk to St. Stephen Green Park Grafton Street with a lot of top/designer stops and Trinity College. Lots of restaurants within the hotel vicinity so you will be spoilt with choices. The hotel also has its own restaurant and we had a good dinner there on our first night. Our bedroom was cleaned and kept tidy each day we stayed there. The reception staff were very friendly helpful giving tourist maps and directions. Breakfast was fantastic and staff were very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I used the gym and found it to be well equipped.
There was no mini bar in the room.
Location is OK
The hotel is rather old and the rooms are musty... Bathrooms are very old and in general the hotel was too hot!
friendly, good food.
room stuffy, had to leave window open then noise from road, no air conditioning.
location , ease of parking and lovely staff
Central and staff at reception very nice
Staff seemed stressed and under pressure from management . In restaurant they had a sign outside saying marathon special pasta . When we went to order they sed they could not serve it in d restaurant. Very disappointing for a group of 13 the night before the marathon
Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and plenty of storage room.Free Car Parking. Spacious dining room.
Safe in room is located on floor of wardrobe - very difficult to access. Bath towels were small! I'm a normal size and the bath towel just about went round me.
Great city centre location!
Relaxed ambience of hotel. Hearty breakfasts with wide choice. Comfortable room. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Free car parking. Convenience to city centre and National Concert Hall. Nearby LUAS stop. Good buzz in hotel.
Nothing to report. Maybe a biscuit on the tea/coffee tray!!
pool. pretty central.
restaurant menu over priced. Chicken Kiev and mashed potatoe (would have to pay for vegetables) for 18 euro.
Maintenance whilst we were there walking us up an staff unpleasant
City centre location with parking
Food service too slow not staff fault two in kitchen on a bank holiday weekend - 50 min wait
breakfast well worth 10 euro if you book it in when you go into hotel.
Just about everything! Super friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good location with a great selection of restaurants & bars nearby. A leisurely 10 minutes walk to Grafton street. A lovely comfortable hotel. We will definitely be staying there again.
A minor one! Room was a bit too warm, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable.
Enjoyable and comfortable in a great city centre location with parking
