The furnishings at the hotel are now becoming old but everything was spotlessly clean very comfortable. All the staff were so friendly and helpful especially would like to give a mention to Pat, Hotel Receptionist who gave excellent holiday planning advice and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our holiday in Ireland. |

Position convenient. Reception ok and staff pleasant. Room comfortable & space adequate. Spa and gym facility a good standard and reasonable. Staff generally agreeable and helpful. Extremely badly signposted & therefore difficult to find.Bathroom delapidated, conservatory and bar a little shabby. Breakfast buffet well below standard and should never form part of entry point to dining facility rather flowers and modest seating. |

Cleanliness of room, and robe and slippers. I stayed in room 241 and could hear the lift going up and down all night and early in the morning kept me awake. Terrible. |

Staff friendly and helpful~Food was excellent and served with a smile~Would consider staying there again but in a different room The double bed very narrow~ No drinking water~pipes below our room just rattled throughout the night~Hotel itself a little dated could do with a facelift! |

Staff were really friendly and there was a very warm atmosphere. The bathroom was not entirely clean as there were stains in the sink and in the bath. |

Bedroom very comfortable, facilities especially the swimming pool are great. The only minor criticism was with finding the entrance! I know there is a huge sign sign on the main road saying next left, but when I took the left, I didn't see the entrance and could have used an additional sign to lead me to the end of the road. |

We had a party of 6 for our Summer Business Meeting. THe hotel was great, staff friendly and the rooms were very confortable. We played golf on day 2 at the local Limerick County Golf Club. Great location, we have decided to have this once a year meeting at the same venue. |

I was extremely pleased with the hotel, especially because of the staff. The hotel price was not expensive, but the staff treated customers as if they were staying at a luxury hotel. It is an easy walk to the University of Limerick. |

I was not impressed with the hotel. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning. The fridge didnt work. The TV channels were fuzzy. Room service attemped to charge €7 for some ice. THe brown bread i got at lunch time had fungus on it. Need I go on... |

As far as I know this hotel was built about 20y ago. It was about 4 star at the time. Unfortunately it is looking a bit dated now, and needs a bit of a make over, as the decor is looking tired, and in places a bit shaby. However it was comfortable and good value. Good breakfast. Decor, furniture, carpets, painting etc. all in need of renewal. |

The Reception staff were exceptionally helpful. Free Wi-Fi is great. If it wasn't for the gruff manner of one of the barmen I'd have said the hotel had the nicest staff I've even come across. Also the pool area could do with a spruce up. |
