Bedroom was very comfortable Breakfast, while generous, was self-service and the cooked food had dried out. |

The dressing room facitlites for the spa and pool were worse than in my high school. There was a large community shower area and large open dressing room. There were no private areas and you had to shower and dress in front of everyone. I expected better from a 4 star hotel. |

Easy check in and found everything to be just right in my room. Unfortunately the car park was flooded the morning I went back to my car and although this was due to severe rain and a burst river bank, the hotel did not appear to have a contingency plan, other then guests getting very wet feet. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free upgrade room for our Anniversay was great. Too late in the day for my room to be cleaned, wasn't until about 14:00, I wanted to have a lay down during the day but not possible due to waiting for the room to be refreshed. |

This Hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the staff totally friendly and helpful. I give it the highest recommendation. There was plenty of parking for everybody under the hotel so you didnt get wet on the way to reception. In Ireland - that is a big plus! |

Myfamily enjoyed the break and would come back again. It was a good place to stay and we were able to use it as our central base and visit Athlone, Athenry, Galway etc. The room was very nice but we asked for a non-smoking room but as soon as we entered the room we realised that people had previously smoked in it. The room smelled of smoke for the 4 days we stayed there. The air freshener wasn't much good.. The spa, swimming pool etc was the very best. |

The room was great, and very clean. The restaurant was delicious and all staff couldnt have been more attentive. In particular, Natasha at reception should be commended for being so welcoming after a very tiring journey. |

We used the hotel as a base for exploring the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool. The family room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again. |
