El personal ha sido muy atento y amable. El buffet del desayuno ha sido bastante completo . El ruido de las noches con respecto a la musica y sobre todo el que no me lo avisaran. Y que los endredones son muy cortos para personas altas. |

The space in the lobby/restaurants/room and parking was great. It was a luxurious hotel by our standards. My two boys want to stay there again when next anywhere near the area. We used the pool facility and the restaurant in the evening - really enjoyed both. Would like to have stayed a second night !! Nothing I/we didn't like. |

Efficient check in and check out service. Friendly staff. Noise of the generator from outside could be heard in our room despite windows being closed and being on second floor. |

I enjoyed the leisure facilities and was very impressed with the fact that the pool water was warm considering that we have stayed in some 5 stars hotels and have been put off by their leisure facilities. As we just wanted to "get away" for the night for ourselves and the kids and have a break from work schedules, I was very disappointed at the fact that I was woken up on four occasions by noisy hotel guests who had no consideration for the time and other sleeping guests. |

We appreciated the genuine efforts of the staff to ensure that we had a memorable stay at The Hotel. We had not experienced such value for money within a four star facility in Ireland up until our stay here. We felt that the quality of musical entertainment provided in the bar on Sunday was not in keeping with the general standard of service experienced throughout. There was a safety issue relating to all treadmills within the gymnasium {loose fitting belts on deck}; this was reported to the Leisure attendant, and should be rectified immediately in order to prevent injury to users. |

The cleanliness, the spa facilities and the people were very pleasant.Liked it in every way excpet for the room setup. Yes, I had asked for twin rooms for me and my friends and we received double rooms. Hotel responded by adding fold-up beds to each double room, which were very uncomfortable indeed. Also, there appeared to be no residents bar in operation. |

I liked the Decor of the hotel - it was very comfortable. The only thing I did not like was that the fire alarm went off at 5:45 a.m. I mentioned this at check out and they advised that the fire alarm was extra sensitive and that it was being looked at. This extra sensitive alarm was the only thing that bothered me about the hotel. |

food,1 free drink at bar, classy comfy hotel the corridor that our room was on was a constant haze of smoke. The pillows were very high and not that comfy. |

As part of my job I need to stay in Hotels alone from time to time, being a woman this can be quite daunting an experience at times. I found your staff very warm and welcoming and I felt quite at home there. The cleanliness was second to none and over the experience was lovely. |
