Lesisure & spa facilities , spaciousness of room and hotel,large reception,underground car park and late night bar stressed staff in restaurant which resulted in poor service and forgetting orders. table overfilling with empty glasses in the bar . check in time of 4pm is very late and should be earlier . in saying this we were able to arrange early check in . |

The hotle is vey airy, high ceiling and spacious. It was hard to manage the heat in the rooms, sometimes it was quite cold. |

Cleanliness of the rooms. The fire alarm went off in the hotel unexpectedly at 7:00am by accident. That was an unexpected wake up call. |
