Carlton Hotel Dublin Airport

Very friendly staff, good food, reasonably priced, overall a very good experience, I will definitely stay there again

Water pressure was a little low in the shower

Room was tidy. We got to check in before 2 o clock which was a bonus...but only on the condition that we took a) a noisy room above a party room or b) a room laid out with disabled access.

On returning to the hotel we asked at the bar if it was still possible to eat (23.30). We were informed that we could choose from a selection of sandwiches (all meat based) I asked for the vegetarian option and was informed that a cheese salad option was available. If we had known that it was a glorified easi-singles processed cheese sandwich, I wouldnt have bothered. In fact had I known we would have spent the €50 on prosecco in a city centre location where they served real cheese sandwiches. The people at the next table entered shortly afterwards with a pizza...And the espressos were really poor...

I had to be at the airport by 4:30 AM and it was perfectly located to the airport.

It was noisy. I could hear the flight crews talking outside the hotel and I could hear the person snoring in the room adjacent to mine. I have stayed at airport hotels before and I know there are things they could do to sound proof better.

comfort, clean, convenient

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, and provided a very convenience shuttle service. It was simple to make arrangements online for the room, and staff was easily able to locate my booking when I arrived. Staff were friendle and accommodating. The restaurant looked very nice, but as I was traveling very late and between flights, I did not have the opportunity to eat any meals. Everything was very clean.

The room was very sparse. The bed was very hard, and I had difficulty sleeping for back pain ( I do not have any back troubles.) Truly, this was the hardest and most uncomfortable bed I have ever encountered. The bathroom was elegant, but its design with a half-glass door led to the spraying with water outside of the shower area, with no way of prevention. The television had only 3 working channels (2 with political speeches constantly), making it difficult to find news or any other interesting programming.

The staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Made for a relaxing stay.

It is very close to the airport and when we flew in the courtesy bus was already there. The room and bathroom were lovely - the bed was enormous! Free wired internet which worked really well. We didn't opt for breakfast which would have been 12 euro each but went to a hotel in ASbourne just a few miles away and had breakfast for half the price.

Friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. the food was good and resonably priced. The location was ideal for the airport, the main reason for me to chose this hotel.

The only problem encountered was a leaking shower head which sprayed water over the top of the shower curtain causing the whole bathroom floor to be wet.

Shuttle to airport, large room

Simply a place to stay near the airport before an early morning flight. The shuttle to and from the terminals was convenient.

Would have like air-conditioning in the room that we could control.

Great the airport shuttle. Very nice hotel. Quiet and peaceful rooms, despite near airport.

Like any airport hotel - it takes about 30 - 40 min to city center by bus (1.8 Euro), less time by taxi, but the surroundfings are very green and pleasant.

Rooms are nice and spacy. Ironing board and iron were very helpful. Overall very neat place to stay

I would appreaciate wireless in the room
