Attentive staff and proximity to the airport. Have stayed once before. Shuttle bus is a plus. No mini- bar fridge in our room. A kettle and tea and coffee cups provided, with fake milk , which tastes terrible. A small fridge for drinks and fresh milk would be a definite plus. More useful than a safe!!

We stayed for one night to catch iur early morning flight. We went to the restaurant with our very tired 3 year old. First, the meal was very good and well presented. But what was made our stay different was the very friendly and child friendly staff. They really treated us nice and our son enjoyed it too. I never had that positiv experience and thanks for that. It took a lot of pressure on our journey. Thanks for the free wifi but it was a bit complicated to join. A fridge one the room would hv been handy.

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the efficiency, the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel, in particular my room. The fact that I had to go back down to reception to ask a busy receptionist to help me with connecting to the internet, as the process was not as simple as indicated. She was most helpful, but I felt uncomfortable making the request, as could see she was busy. Also, the Caesar Salad was not good, with very dried up chicken pieces, but otherwise, there was nothing to dislike whatsoever.

Nothing. I made my views well known when checking out. The Gestapo could not have made us more uncomfortable. This left a very sour taste when we were saying goodbye to a son/brother who was emigrating to South Asia oin his last night in Ireland. Attitude of staff was appalling. Family group took two rooms and spent over €500. We looked for drinks for the group with lunch of Good Friday. We were told, Alcohol would only be served to those residing in the hotel and if shared with others, would be confiscated by the staff.

I liked that the family room was spacious (very important when you have 3 small children), the balcony was a bonus and the room was clean. We could hear loud music coming from the hotel which did interfere with us trying to sleep.

Proximity to airport for early departures. Excellent menu choice and good breakfast buffet. Room very comfortable. Airport shuttle service needs increased frequency in the morning.

Design of bed headboard is 45 degree angle and pillows just do not sit on it. This leads to a very restless night

We got a free upgrade which was lovely One woman in particular waitressing was appauling in every aspect. She was in her 50s. her attitude and service was disgraceful. Also the food was stale and not cooked properly. We will never eat in the restaraunt again.

We had a long journey to get here and arrived very worn out. From the moment we walked in we were looked after well. It was late but drinks and food were sorted out quickly for us. The room was spotless. The staff lovely. This was a good idea! Nothing
