Proximity to airport and rental car dropoff There were no ice dispensers anywhere. Everything needed had to be done through the front desk. We had below average service when we ordered food in the lounge. We were almost totally ignored after the order. The waiter didn't even bring us our food. There was no follow up to see if we needed anything else. |

Everything about the hotel was 100% including the price as I had just stayed in a 3 star in Spain the night before and paid more for it |

The hotel was very clean and well presented, rooms where well decorated and beds where very comfy with the pillow's being a plus bouns, staff were great also and very pleasant Only thing I think that could be improved is the carpark, wasn't big enough as I just found a space and thought it was very cramped. |

Staff were friendly and efficient. We just had an overnight stay to catch an early plane in the morning. The cold meats at breakfast time were pathetic. |

Comfortable, spacious room. Entire hotel was clean and modern, and airport shuttle was great. Bad experience in the restaurant, waited 40 mins for our order to be taken (despite it being pretty empty) with no apology! Did not reflect the good standard of the rest of the hotel |

This was a luxury hotel at budget prices. A really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Ideally positioned for the airport of course. |

convenience to the airport. The internet was not working and caused a lot of stress as i needed to book in on line for my flight the next mornig. Ryan Air charged me 50 euors as their policy is now all passengers must check in on line. I did not sleep very well due to the gueust internet bening down |

Location easy to access When we arrived there was only two rooms instead of the three we had booked. I was given another room (1035) I dont know howmany were in the room next to me but the noise (laughing, talking and loud music) was totally unacceptable!! I tried knocking at the door but no response. I finished up getting no sleep until 4am when the noise stopped. The other two rooms were very good and comfortable |

The staff at the Carlton were exceptional and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much bother. On our next trip to Ireland, we will definitely stay again. |

given it is an airport hotel, the staff are very good with jet lagged people wandering the corridors in search of food and coffee etc. they were great. the room was surprisingly nice and i thought it was excellent value for money. I could not find the fitness room which it advertised as having, and I thought the bed was quite hard. |

Needed to charge my mobile, but my charger was in my yet-to-arrive bag from Air France. Reception staff allowed me to charge it while having breakfast. A much-needed service at the time, most appreciated. This was my second time staying at your hotel. |
