Los servicios e instalaciones asi como la amabilidad del personal del hotel. Su variedad de restaurantes (Chino, japones y Español) es un gran atractivo El coste del desayuno es elevado. No existe la posibilidad de un desayuno continental mas economico hasta las 10:00am. Seria de agradecer disponer de este servicio desde las 7:00am |

Very little, this hotel is NOT 4 star. It is barely on a level with the Clarion and nowhere the level of Bewleys or the Crown Plaza Bedroom was very noisy |

Excellent staff on reception. Food too expensive and few restuarants nearby. No gym. Nothing in the second question applies. Only stayed there because it is near the airport. |

Proximity to airport and rental car dropoff There were no ice dispensers anywhere. Everything needed had to be done through the front desk. We had below average service when we ordered food in the lounge. We were almost totally ignored after the order. The waiter didn't even bring us our food. There was no follow up to see if we needed anything else. |

Everything about the hotel was 100% including the price as I had just stayed in a 3 star in Spain the night before and paid more for it |

The hotel was very clean and well presented, rooms where well decorated and beds where very comfy with the pillow's being a plus bouns, staff were great also and very pleasant Only thing I think that could be improved is the carpark, wasn't big enough as I just found a space and thought it was very cramped. |

Staff were friendly and efficient. We just had an overnight stay to catch an early plane in the morning. The cold meats at breakfast time were pathetic. |

Comfortable, spacious room. Entire hotel was clean and modern, and airport shuttle was great. Bad experience in the restaurant, waited 40 mins for our order to be taken (despite it being pretty empty) with no apology! Did not reflect the good standard of the rest of the hotel |

This was a luxury hotel at budget prices. A really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Ideally positioned for the airport of course. |
