The Carlton is my hotel of choice when my work takes me to Dublin. It is convenient to the airport and Dublin is a short journey away. The staff are always welcoming, the rooms confortable and the food excelent. I consider the hotel provides an above average venue for business and leisure. I have used the conference facilities and they are also excelent.

I didn't like anything about the Carlton Hotel. I was extremely disappointed and I am writing a letter of complaint to the management. I got bed bugs. The kitchen closed early and I was starving after my long journey. The walls are paper thin. The cistern in my bathroom kept filling up all night long. I thought I chose Park and Stay option but apparently I didn't and had to pay an extra fortune for parking, I was most unipressed that they couldn't rectify the very odvious mistake. The staff, except a lovely French man at reception, were all unfriendly, devoid of smiles and most unhelpful. I fly from Dublin airport often and will not be going back to the Carlton ever again nor will I use your site. The shuttle bus was convenient and the driver was lovely.

Very convenient for an overnight before an early morning flight. Parking easy. Not a complaint as when you are so near an airport you must expect airplane noises. However I was surprised that there were a number of noisy take offs during the night.

Perfect location for flights out of Dublin - we returned our rent a car Sunday night and the 24 hour shuttle got us to the airport for our 6:20am flight Monday morning. Very accomodating staff and lovely room.

The friendliness and swiftness of the staff when I was checking in. I had just come off a flight at 1.30 A.m and was tired. There was absolutely no delay in the process. Next morning, the dining room staff were courteous and I enjoyed breakfast. The reception staff were efficient and courteous at checkout. Finally, the shuttle bus driver was a gentleman.

Rooms are clean and tidy, facilities are good. was given a free upgrade to a balcony room which made me very happy wasn't too impressed with the cooked breakfast - but I'm not a fan of buffet breakfasts anyway and prefer freshly cooked

It was convenient for relaxing prior to an early morning transatlantic flight. The service was prompt and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi availability was good. It was cold waiting for the shuttle from the airport. Perhaps shuttle times could be posted somewhere prior to having to go outside to wait.

The shuttle service to the airport was fast efficient - it is only 5 minutes to the airport. We stayed in December and it was quite noisy with Christmas parties

A very convenient location with shuttle bus service to/from airport. Short stay stop over ,slept very well in comfortable room which was sound proofed well.Good breakfast and friendly staff.would stay again. I found nothing to dislike at the Carlton Hotel.

The evening meal was excellent with decent sized portions and a restaurant that did not close before 2100. No rain shelter outside front door. (Dropping off or having a cigarette)
