Loved Location. Very relaxed Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Bathroom toilet seat Broken A little on expensive side
Everyone, friendly helpful and personal touch, remembered your name and room number. Lovely to see so many Europeans, French,German, Spanish at the hotel.
Grass cutting at 8.30am. Hotel information should be available in European languages
Fabulous staff. Lovely location, great for travelling around.
Bed was a bit hard
The staff were excellent- helpful, friendly and efficient. - they even left me a 'packed breakfast' as I had to leave before the breakfast sitting. The bath is great - loads of hot water - great after a day's walking. The food is very good indeed. Lovely and plentiful breakfast and delicious bar meals.
Located in a very quiet village in stunning Connemara and all around are stunning bays, great wildlife and beautiful vistas. The staff are warm and friendly and the bar food is good value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable and Wi Fi worked very well. Breakfast is good and varied. All in all a good value for money hotel.
The staff were outstanding they worked as a strong team..Mary the owner was helpful and worked as hard as her staff! The food was beautifully presented ....Sea food chowder was to die for....
Did not have long enough time to really explore and enjoy the environment.....we would go there again!
room size small for three people .
staff very friendly Food gorgeous
no weekend entertainment
I arrived late to the hotel and even though the restaurant had closed for the evening they were happy to prepare a meal and start breakfast early to accommodate my early start.
We love the fact that the minute we went in the door staff were very welcoming & helpful. The food was lovely & they had a good understanding of a gluten free diet. The dog friendly policy is great . The hotel is close to some of the most wonderful beaches in the country. It's a great hotel for a break in Connemara. We will definitely be back.
The fact that we had to go home. Even the dog wanted to stay!
everything! highly recommend, very friendly staff go raibh maith agaibh
Staff were very nice. The location was lovely and the hotel.
The staff and food was great
Wifi wasn't working properly in my room and lack of channels.
Very friendly staff who made me feel very welcome!
Friendly staff and owners who knew the hotel. Location on the edge of a small village and near lovely moorlands and beaches.
They forgot to turn the heating on in our room one evening. By the time we went down to ask them it was quite cold.
Great location in one of the most beautiful parts of the country, the breakfast was included and enjoyable, staff was friendly and helpful, good parking
Very noisy rooms
Excellent food. Staff are brillant
loved the food. excellent. had pasta in Italy not as well made as it was here. lovely staff, and well priced, both food and stay. very polite and kind to my young daughter too, which was great for her stay. all round a very nice place to stay.
nothing much I didn't like, maybe rusty radiator in the bathroom of our room, but a very nice stay , would come back for sure if I was in the area.
We liked the fact it was in the village of Carna and we were attending a function there.
We didnt like the fact the room was tiny not suitable as a triple room for 3 adults sharing you had to sit on the bed to let each other move about in the room. The Hotel itself is very dated and old fashioned needs a good make over.
Loved the area and especially trip to McDaras Island and great to attend a local gathering with mass. The fishermen were so dignified. Loved seeing the Galway hookers at sea...fantastic all around
Loved everything and nothing fake..
