We were surprised at the overall quality of the hotel and found that the pictures of it did not do it justice. The staff were all genuine and helpful. The hotel is centrally located in Swords and only minutes from Dublin Airport. Well recommended. |

Staff were very helpful and service was very good. We were at a wedding and when we were going up to our room there was a night porter at the door, he had to unlock it to let us in to our corridor, I understand security is tight but in the event of a fire I'm not convinced that this is a good idea. |

the hotel was nice but the rooms were very standard im just glad i didnt pay more than i did because i would have expected a lot more. yes, me and the rest of the guests that I stayed with, there was 8 of us in total, thought that the service at breakfast was dreadful, we were waiting an hour and then it was freezing, there was only two pillows on the double bed which were rock hard, you could hear everything that happened in the corridors, we had to pay into the nightclub even though we were told it was free and then we werent... |

Good location for golf, airport and swords town. Nice staff, Great food and nightlife. Towels are cheap quality - that's about the only bad thing about this hotel :) |

The hotel is in a good location and works well for a short business trip. They don't seem to consider requests on your booking form e.g. non smoking room. |

The security of the car park was important, plus the fact that the hotel cancelled the ticket charge on departure, unlike a top hotel in Belfast. I arrived later than planned and was grateful to be able to obtain something substantial to eat, without using room service. Rappor with staff was great and customer service shone. |

What a gem. They have smoking rooms! For a single traveller the room was huge with a queen size bed. The lunchtime carvery is delicious. The town of Swords has a shopping mall and is only a 15 min bus ride from the airport. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. They gave me a jug of fresh milk each night for my endless cups of tea! Would certainly recommend this hotel. The pillows felt like they were made of concrete. |

The whole experience of the hotel was brilliant bar one incident. The rooms were very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The reception staff were curtious and helpful throughout the stay. There was one inncident with a member of staff in the resedents bar in which the staff member verbally assaulted my freind who was holding a function in the hotel that night after he asked would it be possible to have a tray to carry the four pints of water he requested. The matter is being investigated at the moment. The rest of the staff however were pleasant, fiendly and had a very welcoming. |
