The hotel had no knowledge of the booking through yourselves. Fortunetley they still had rooms

I loved the room, bed was very comfortable. Shower was lovely and room was spacious.

I was disappointed as I was told to mention that I was with the mindfulness group with Carmel Farnon and I could get a discount. I mentioned it at the desk on Saturday evening and the man at the desk said he would meake a note of it and put me in for breakfast. When we got up the next day we were told there was no note and breakfast was to be charged. That was fine, however I did feel annoyed that he never mentioned what I asked for. I left a message that morning at the desk and haven't heard anything as yet.

I have stayed there twice and loved both occassions...........it is near the town and the Harp bar is a big plus for the hotel

I thought we would be free into Rouge Nightclub as residents but that wasn't the case

Short taxi ride to airport. The Swords Castle was only a short walk but it was several blocks to ride the bus into the city.

I think there was an electrical problem. The phone didn't work - kept disconnecting, the room never got heated and it was freezing cold. They brought in a space heater so we could shower. They have charged us twice for the bar bill.

There was an option of a smoking room, I inquired at booking in and was told there was one available. The gentleman at reception then told me he had given me a room in the very quite part of the hotel. The smoking room was over the bar and I may function room and I may find it a little bit noisy at weekends. I accepted the non smoking room. I was thrilled with the option of quietness. There was a function on the Friday night and even though my room was close to the entrance area and reception area the noise was really not an annoyance. It was so nice to be given the option. Lovely hotel with good food and great staff.

They room was badly finished. The old colour of the walls was visible. The toilet had pain on it and the lid. The sockets were loose from the wall. Shower had terrible pressure. Doesn't do room service

It is the only proper hotel in Swords village. The second room floors are warm but need the heating left on, therefore two keys are required. I attended a Christmas party there last Dec and it was an excellent experience.

I felt the price of €79 expensive for a room that I was getting on previous stays for €59. Room 101 needs to be avoided, I got no sleep as the room was so cold and the bed felt damp bed on my November stay, even the porter commented on the cold in the room while trying to fix the Internet, plus there was no Internet although we tried two routers. I got a terrible flu from the experience and not much sympathy when I complained to the young man on reception that morning. A bottle of water in the room would be a nice touch. There are never any croissants for breakfast only Danish pastries.

Noisy late disco!

We had room 100 on arrival we had to go to the bar so the room could warm up as it was like an ice box !!! Also whilst having a shower the temp of the water went extremely hot that I had mild scald marks on my back I did say it To the member of staff on duty he told me how Ro adjust the shower as I had stayed in the hotel before I had already done this so the taps need looking at !!

Friendly staff and a great location. Close enough to everything to be convenient without being hassled by the noise

There was some minor disturbance from the hotel night club (til 2am) and the smoking area if you want an early night!
