Friendly and welcoming staff, with breakfast cooked to order

Having to lug my heavy luggage up many stairs to get to my room.

Room was a bit small.

I really enjoyed my stay at Carrolls Pierhouse Hotel, staff were friendly and obliging. Service and food was excellent. The room and premises was extremely clean and tidy. Overall really good value.

The spacious clean and comfortable bedroom overlooked the picturesque harbour. The view from the bedroom was as on a picture postcard - beautiful. As the weather was glorious one could see the Mourne mountains in the distance. The staff were friedly and polite. . We had a full Irish breakfast in the morning which was very tasty. We enjoyed our one - night stay.

The reception area was vacant when we arrived and we had to wait 5 minutes approx. Before we could book in. However, I understand that staff were busy at the time.

The 2 rooms provided were excellent and very spacious for B&B rooms. Enjoyed the convenience of breakfast. Skerries is a nice small town and allowed us an excellent "home base" to tour the surrrounding eastern side of Ireland. The location for the B&B could not be beat with it on the coast line/harbour.

The wifi access in room 101 was non-existent. This was really my only complaint. However, my daughter in room 108 with you itouch had no problem getting on the internet.

Great seafront location. Panoramic view of harbour from our room. Restaurant above average for this sort of location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking was at nearby public carpark. Unfotunately our arrival was on a Sunday afternoon and as Skerries is a popular tourist spot parking was very hard to find. Had to wait until crowds dispersed a little.

Location.Requested a room with view,but this wasent provided.

the staff can be more professional.they didnt connect with us if a glass was empy or a plate.

Hôtel très bien placé, directement sur le port. Nous avons eu une chambre coté mer avec une vue superbe. Petit déjeuner bien. Vendredi et samedi soir, ce doit être très bruyant à cause du pub situé dessous et de bancs permettant de s'installer pour boire une Guiness !

Chambre un peu trop lumineuse, 2 lampes extérieures placées juste à coté de la fenêtre !

Douche: eau tiède seulement! Petit déjeuner très insatisfaisant. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées du tout, on entend chaque murmure des voisins!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in Skerries, the staff in the hotel were brilliant and the food was great. The Hotel is right on the harbour and there are many walks around the village. There are lots of places near by to visit.

La situation est exceptionnelle. Magnifique vue sur le petit port et la baie de Skerries.

Accueil inexistant. Personnel peu aimable. On a l'impression de déranger.
