It is a beautiful, well appointed country home owned and operated by a very personable young couple. It is located several miles from the nearest main road, so it is very quiet. As it is less than a 10 minute drive from Shannon airport, it is very convenient for a first or last night in Ireland. |

Great Location for Shannon Airport. Tastefully furnished with many fine prints and Photographs of bygone times and occupations. Four Poster Tower Room a real surprise, well worth four flights of Stairs. Hospitality and Dinner First Class. We would have liked to stay longer. Lack of Tea and Coffee Facility in Bed Room. |

I loved this stay and it was near the airport. However it is a difficult place to find in the dark as it is in the "country" without land marks and lights. Plan to arrive when it is daylight!! |

The welcome at 11.30 pm - friendly and a good cup of tea. Good dining room, comfortable room, over all excellent value for money. We would go again. A bit hard to find, but worth it in the end. |

There was little to like. Directions to the isolated site were poor, the facility was shabby, the rooms were full of spiders and something you would expect if you were visitng your unemployed Uncle Fred, and the breakfast was only passable. All this for US$346 for two rooms for one evening. |

The hospitality of the staff was outstanding. Anything we needed or asked for was provided almost immediately. No elevator, but the house was several hundred years old, and I don't know if it would be feasible. |

Gillian and Niall will make You feel really welcome at this very friendly and cosy Country House Hotel. To say Niall's cooking is gourmet does not do it full justice. - for the price best airport hotel value ever. The only tiniest "negative" was the expensive taxi ride back to Shannon Airport (€17) |

The staff were exceptionally friendly - a great team! Room was beautiful a good size and excellent value for money. Food abslutely delicious - breakfast was cooked to perfection and although I was feeling ill & couldnt eat much dinner was presented well & my bf raved about it all the way home. Ive never seen hospitality so outstanding in every area. 10 out of 10. The distance from anywhere requires you to have a car (or to be willing to shell out for a taxi) bt this is our own fault as we had planned to rent one but never got around to it and didnt bring license. |

What I loved most about the Carrygerry Country House is the grounds that surround it. I took the most wonderful walk on the road that winds around the hotel. I loved everything about the hotel! |
