El tracte per part del personal excel·lent sobre tot al pub (Joseph)i tots els serveis possibles com gimnàs, restaurant, i wi-fi. Tot i que el servei WiFi és gratuit alhora d'utilitzar l'ordinador de l'Hotel per a imprimer el ticket d'avió s'ha de pagar l'impressió i el temps de connecxió. La tarifa és aprox. 1 EUR per 8 minuts + 0.30 EUR per full |

Hotel molt ben situat, cèntric, tranquil, net, bona atenció. Hi ha un treballador de recepció que parla castellà. Relació qualitat-preu bona. El cafè, com a la majoria de llocs d'Irlanda. |

Nice hotel in central location, good value on booking.com, and friendly staff, would come again if they sort out their breakfast to be hot they way it should be Dissapointed that every item of food at Irish Breakfast was look warm, the food was not hot they way it should be. |

Good location; breakfast good; restaurant had good specials every day; room was clean; not fancy or large but was comfortable..we weren't in it much because we were out and about. We had to have the key card renewed every night when we came back; the front desk personnel were very unfriendly except for the young woman that checked us in. After 5 nights we expected at least a hello. When we mentioned that the key kept not working to two different employees, they both just said "humph". No "I'm sorry" or anything. Rest of stay was very good. |

The dinner at the hotel was excellent value for money and the food was of a very high quality. The room was too hot but there was no control panel in the room so you had to put up with it. Pillows were too hard and staff were generally unfriendly. On checking out we were not even asked if we had enjoyed our stay! |

Location - a few minutes walk from the main bus stops, shops and sites, Staff very helpful, Room very comfortable. Bathroom a bit tired and the extractor fan didn't work. A lot of noise from the street so ask for a room at the rear if it bothers you. |

It was excellent value, very central and therefore very convevient for shopping and sightseeing -the buses stopped almost at the door. My friends and I had a very enjoyable stay. The restaurant was very disappointing we ordered our meal about 6.30pm and had to wait for more than 40 minutes for it. We also thought that the wine was rather expensive the cheapest white wine was 22 euros available in the shops for 6 euros. |

The bed was really comfortable & clean. Indifference of some staff. Breakfast queue was silly, as once at the front of the queue, we were told to go to reception to pay in advance, collect a receipt & then join the queue all over again!! Noisy pipework at night/early morning. |

Excellent atmosphere.Staff wer exceptionally nice. Only problem. I was in Room 116. Plumbing was poor. Bath would not drain, Sink was very slow. I forgot to mention to reception. |
