lovely rooms and most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Deco is very classy and very comfortable. The manager was fairly rude and unfriendly. Such a shame. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. Meal in the restaurant was very good and was good value. Breakfast was fine. Excellent location for exploring Dublin We were at the front of the hotel and because the room was very warm and there was no air conditioning there was a lot of traffic noise. We turned the radiator off but the room was very warm throughout the stay. This didn't detract from the stay the hotel was very good. |

The hotel brochure describes the hotel as `A Little Gem in the Heart of Dublin` and it certainly lived up to that description. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were impressive - bar, restaurant, fitness room etc and the rooms were large, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. If you add on the hotel`s central location at the top end of O`Connell Street only ten minutes walk from Temple Bar and Grafton St then I was astonished to pay only 30 Euros per person per night and not at least double that. The rate we paid did not include breakfast but it looked reasonable value for around 9 Euro extra.Plenty of good value breakfast places to choose from though both close to the hotel and further down O`Connell St. |

This is central hotel, close to the air bus stops but far away enough from the noise of Temple Bar and the crowds I felt that the meal in the evening was not to as high a standard as in previous visits to the hotel |

The hotel is in an ideal location for sightseeing.Hotel staff were helpful and polite. As we were in a room on the front we found the noise from the traffic very loud even with the window closed. As the weather was really mild it would have been nice to have been able to have the window open during the night but we found the noise of the traffic and people too loud. The paintwork on the windows was very dirty and the nets needed a wash. |

The staff were very good - nothing too much trouble. Asked for extra coffe and milk and were given plenty Very good location. - tour bus stops outside but easy to walk to everywhere. Ate in the restaurant because it was very good value and the food was really nice. Very good breakfast Overall it was an excellent stay and the positives far outweighed the negatives. The bed was too soft. The quilt cover was on inside out and there were no fasteners. The net curtains were grubby and the shower curtain needed changing. The rest of the room was very nice. |

Excellent location although incorrect advice at booking (advised that breakfast was included, which it was not). Staff mostly very helpful. Our room was next to the conference facility and used coffee cups were not removed for the three days of our stay. Our bathroom had mold and an unpleasant odour, caused by water from the shower striking a wooden border. Not as good a stay as previously and with several other good hotels in the area will think carefully before returning |

The hotel was very central to lots of attractions. The breakfast was fantastic and offered everything you needed to fill you up for the day! The bathroom needed updating and cleaning more thoroughly. We were on the ground floor so felt unsafe to open window and it could be quite noisy particularly when the vans pulled up in the morning to deliver the food and parked outside our window. |

This hotel was lovely and in a great location, right in the centre of Dublin. We arrived around 11.30am and were allowed to check in straight away. Our room was nice and very clean. The staff were nice and very helpful. I would definately reccommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dublin. Will most definately be staying again soon |
