The location of this hotel is great, just a short walk from city center. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were very friendly. We asked for a wake up call the morning we were leaving but did not get one. When we inquired at the desk we were told that there was a problem with the phones, they didn't bother knocking on our door. No clock in the room. Upon returning home we discovered that one of our husbands were trying to call us and kept getting the run around from the front desk staff, he was told the phone must be off the hook or they are not in now or there seems to be a problem with the phone, we were never informed of these calls, NOT GOOD!!!! A small fan in the room would have been nice. |

The convenient location, the fact that although we arrived before 2.00pm our room was ready and we were able to check-in, friendly staff, quiet room. We thought breakfast which was not included in our rate was very expensive compared to comparable breakfasts in nearby cafes. Hence we ate breakfast out after the first day |

The facilities were beyond the 3 star rating. The breakfast was more than adequate and the bedroom was clean and of a high standard. |

We used this hotel as a base on a recent trip to Dublin to see a show at the 02. I was fairly central and we able to walk to both the Storehouse and the 02 quite easily. As our package did not include any meals - cannot review these, but there are plently of places nearby for breakfast etc. |

Convenient location as we were going to a concert in Croke Park Room was a bit small, also, very warm. We had to shut the window because of the noise outside. Also, a bit on the expensive side. |

Staff were good, location quite good Bathroom needed renovating, shower leaked all over the floor every time we used it, internet use very expensive, windows in room did not close very well, could not leave windows open due to noisy ventilation outside the window. |

The hotel was in an excellent location within walking distance to everything. The staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Felt like home away from home. I recommend. |

The breakfast was superb, the locality was excellent and the staff both friendly and helpful. The drinks at the bar were the cheapest that we found during out stay, after visiting various bars throughout Dublin. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Nothing that was an issue but the room was very hot and there was not a fan in the bathroom which, when the bath/shower was on made the room very steamed up. |

It was a great location, right on O'Connell St, near many historical sights and only 10-15 min walk to Temple Bar district. The included breakfast was a great way to start the day.All bus transport very close by(airport, Hop on Hop Off, tour bus pick-up) |
