Cassidys Hotel

Henkilö vastaanotossa erittäin mukava ja auttoi kaikin tavoin. Aamiaisella palvelu toimi ripeästi. Huoneen siisteys hintaluokkaan nähden oli moitteetonta. Savuton huone savuttomassa kerroksessa oli todella hyvä asia tupakansavua inhoavalle asiakkaalle, lisäksi huone oli hiljainen. Ilmainen langaton internet-yhteys useine tukiasemineen (ainakin 7) oli käytössä ja siihen pääsi helposti.

Kokolattiamatoista en pitänyt.

Sijainti oli erinomainen ja huone rauhallinen. Liikenteen äänet kuuluivat sopivan vaimeina. Tukeva ja hyvä aamiainen antoi reilusti energiaa päivän kävelyretkiin.

Käsisuihku olisi tarpeen kylpyhuoneessa.

It was very welcoming the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent.

Good location; breakfast good; restaurant had good specials every day; room was clean; not fancy or large but was comfortable..we weren't in it much because we were out and about.

We had to have the key card renewed every night when we came back; the front desk personnel were very unfriendly except for the young woman that checked us in. After 5 nights we expected at least a hello. When we mentioned that the key kept not working to two different employees, they both just said "humph". No "I'm sorry" or anything. Rest of stay was very good.

The dinner at the hotel was excellent value for money and the food was of a very high quality.

The room was too hot but there was no control panel in the room so you had to put up with it. Pillows were too hard and staff were generally unfriendly. On checking out we were not even asked if we had enjoyed our stay!

Location - a few minutes walk from the main bus stops, shops and sites, Staff very helpful, Room very comfortable.

Bathroom a bit tired and the extractor fan didn't work. A lot of noise from the street so ask for a room at the rear if it bothers you.

Friendly and helpful staff and very close to amenities. We were able to upgrade to an executive room at not extra cost.
