Lovely food, helpful staff, spacious room and good room service. Close to town
Duvet and room were very warm for me but not necessarily a bad thing for others
staff very friendly and service overall very good
electric kettle in room not working no wifi in room
Location is good. Value for money
Receptionist blunt & unhelpful.
Very spacious room, pleasant staff
Poor breakfast, very limited choice, no fruit. Although cooked breakfast was quite good, tea and coffee were in flasks - serve yourself, really do like my pot of tea, milk in large jug acquiring unpleasant rim.
Service Internet Food Accommodation Staff
Homely environment Staffs are very friendly and nice people
The room was at first cold but then it was fix immediately
Friendly staff good food
Over priced for the standard of the accommodation, room was not serviced other than fresh towels the bed was not made and the carpet had crisps under the dressing table that was not from us and very dusty. Basic rooms
The staff were very pleasant and accommodating
The heat had not been turned on in our room making for an uncomfortable first night
location near but away from town centre the bar and staff the breakfast room and staff
room 101 - noise of air conditioning vent outside window only irish channels on room tv tea/coffee in press thought €95 out of season was a bit pricey
Comfortable hotel, staff very friendly. Enjoyed the food. Vaue was excellent. Nice festive halloween atmosphere.
Bar and dining área while adequate, lacked style and comfort. The friendly atmosphere more than compensated...
Staff was excellent room is clean great location but the rooms all look out into the recycling and the kitchen and maintenance area
Noise, poor quality sleep, noise internal to hotel, music other peoples conversations. Could hear the people in next room snoring, walking around talking.
Room spacious and in good condition. Well equipped with toiletries, tea coffee etc. Breakfast in bed excellent as was food at wedding reception
Attitude of manager Shirley Brady and receptionist Lisa to customers who had booked directly through hotel and were querying the price charged ,which was greater than price quoted on phone at time of booking. All other staff excellent.
location was great close to castle, everything was within walking distance
Location Clean Breakfast
No air circulation in room Walls are very thin Wedding party on same floor / very loud all night
Hotel has a lot of history associated with is, and a beautiful entrance. The staff was friendly and helpful, and dinner at the bar was excellent.
The room had no view...if you opened the window, you looked straight into the roof of the adjacent building...this is the only negative thing!
very spacious family room
bathroom had not been cleaned properly
Qaulity of service prvided by hotel staff, 1 minute walk to town centre
was put in room over kitchen. room very stuffy. Fan running in kitchen all night got no sleep.
Room was pretty spacious and the bed was comfortable. Dinner was really good and the staff was friendly. Really enjoyed the bath after a long trip!!!
Everything was a little out of date (we were surprised the tv had colour) and dusty. Lots of (dead) insects in the halls (hardly any in the room though) and there wasn't much variety for breakfast.
Family with three little kids and we had a great room with three beds. Irish breakfast to start the morning and we were on our way.
Staff were amazing coping with a very busy weekend yet they were lovely with us hotel was great room very good they couldn't do enough even giving me sets of directions for visits
Good location and comfortable room
Dinner was most disappointing -very poor and dining room staffc offhand. Would put me off staying there again
