The staff were very helpful and the Beds were really comfortable... Was disappointed both mornings with the breakfast because it was cold.Was also kept awake till two thirty on the friday night because of the disco, which we weren't made aware of when we booked in. |

Everyone helpful and friendly. Food at lunchtime really good value, and free wireless internet in the lounge. Really good place to stay in whilst in Trim. |

i felt the hotel needs to be re decorated. The carpets were stained and the room could do with regular dusting. the bed linen could be updated. |

The food in castle arch was amazing. Nothing fancy, just good ald wholesume food and loads of it.Unfortunally internet wasn't working when we there. Head reception girl checking us in was amazing, great great.Very helpful and nice. Made our stay. The sunday reception girl not so great. Hassle with our tv that took hours to fix. But, overall it was great stay and can't wait to go back again Nothing overly fancy about hotel, but something really nice about it. The only bad thing -at nighttime, we weren't over nightclub, but over reception room, which was very loud - thump thump music.. Though, staff were great when we complained about noise. Wouldn't put us off though. But, could put my parents off staying! One end hotel is nightclub and other has reception rooms with parties on! |

Staff were very helpful. Confusion about booking was fixed by changing rooms. Staff were very pleasant about this. We did not enjoy the breakfast, this was partly due to the fact that we were not offered all the options. Just small/full fried breakfast. We found this to be not to our taste. |

The people at the desk were very responsive through e-mail and in person. The breakfast was good, and they made oatmeal for us, even though it wasn't on the menu. We did have a problem getting the hot water regulated and the toilet was very noisy when flushed. |

Lage und Ausstattung Telefonanlage und Beleuchtung funktionierten nicht einwandfrei. Es gibt auf dem Hof an der Straße 2 sg. Lodges. Das sind eine Art Pförtnerlogen, wo man besser nicht untergebracht werden sollte. Wir konnten dies abwenden. |
