Freundlicher Service.Unkomplizierte und zügige Erledigung der Anliegen bei Reklamation oder bei anderen Anfragen. Leckeres, reichhaltiges Frühstück in Bufett Form und zusätzliches Englisches Frühstück. Zimmerreinigung, überwiegend der Nasszelle nicht immer ausreichend.. Beim Bezug des Zimmers Lampe überhalb des Spiegels im Bad nicht funktionsfähig, wurde jedoch am gleichen Tag behoben nach Reklamation.Keine Gardinen , nur Übergardinen- Einsicht ins Zimmer durch das Nachbarhaus möglich. Umkleiden o.ä. während der Tageszeit mit geschlossenen Gardinen und elektrischem Licht .Nur 3 Fernsehprogramme- kein Deutscher Sender.Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sprachen kein deutsch - auch nicht ansatzweise. |

Die Lage ist nicht weit zum Zentrum etwa 10 Min. zu Fuß.Parkplatz vorhanden und direkt an der Straße für den Ring of Kerry. Für die Anzahl der Zimmer ist der Frühstücksraum vielleicht etwas zu klein. |

Good value for money, full Irish/English breakfast, willingness of staff to serve breakfast to us hours before the scheduled time for breakfast because we had an early flight. Nice crisp sheets and comfortable beds. There was nothing I did not like. |

It was very centrally located - just 5 minutes walk from city center. It was reasonably priced, clean and the staff were helpful. Check in was very quick. Small TV with only 3 channels. |

Staff was friendly and helpful in finding sites to tour, directions and places to eat. Fulfilled all requests and made our stay pleasant. Breakfast was excellent - first ever full Irish breakfast. I have already recommended this hotel to a co-worker. |

The location The staff were not welcoming. On checkout we were treated horribly as there was a problem with the bill, which lay in the hands of the castlelodge Guesthouse. We were treated like animals. We are 4 girls just finished college and went away for a night of relaxation and fun and all we got on checkout was abuse, therefore we will never be staying in the castlelodge Guesthouse again |
