Very nice view out of the breakfast room. Courteous landlady who offered us tea at our arrival. Generally gorgeous environment.
25 minutes to Kilkenny...
We absolutely loved our one night stay at the Castle View B&B. Bridget could not do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable and relaxing!! The view whilst eating breakfast was amazing! I would definitely recommend this B&B to others.
Everything, she taught us about Hurling which we have never heard of before being from Canada. We will certainly find an Irish Pub in Calgary to watch the finals September 27th.Breakfast was awesome. Thank you Bridgette!
We enjoyed our stay very much!
Warm welcome, beautiful views, lovely evening meal, comfortable lounge to sit in. Good value for facilities provided.
Very small bedroom . Mattress not very comfortable. Ensuite was big enough but shower area too small to move in. Double room area more suited to single room. No chair, desk, luggage rack, tea and coffee facilities. All things you would expect nowadays in a modern B&B. Room just needs a bit of upgrading.
Nice welcome with coffee and sweets Quiet place
Room was very small and so was the bed There was no tea/coffee facility in the room The view was poor (courtyard)
Room was very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast, nice view of the countryside.
For this stopover, I wanted to be more in the countryside than the city and Castle View B&B was perfect. We were running late out of Dublin but upon calling was assured it would not be a problem. When we arrived we were greeted with tea, treats, and a warm welcome. The best was after a comfortable sleep awakening to the clear countryside and the amazing view. We took a short peaceful morning walk and listened to the song birds. Even though the B&B is in the countryside, Kilkenny is only a short drive down the road. I would definitely stay there again.

It's amazing view
Bridget is really sweet and an excellent cook! Best breakfast we've had in Ireland! The room was very clean and cozy. If you stay you must take a morning stroll just down the road, the castle ruins next door are enchanting and the area is beautiful. Short drive to Kilkenny and the castle and town there is amazing .
