it was clean were we wonted to be would go there again

we left at 6 30 am brackfest on that day not to good

Hotel staff were most helpful and kind, we thoroughly appreciated them.Thank you all.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was good, the staff is friendly and willing to help.

This was a very nice b&b. I enjoyed my stay and the staff were quite friendly.

It was a bit noisy at the front rooms due to the traffic stopping outside at the junction.windows dont keep out the noise worse when trying to sleep at night..

There is a very busy road with traffic lights, if in a room near this road then it is very noisy, but the staff were excellent and exchanged our room for us.

The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere and the staff are courteous and helpful. Great breakfast. Although our room was very noisy the first night(as it faced the main route into town and beside traffic lights) the hotel staff were very helpful in transferring us to another room for the next night.

The bar is a bit old fashioned and very overpriced, especially soft drinks. The dining room (beside the bar) needs a 'makeover' in a major way and could do with some background music to lift the atmosphere of death!

The lady that ran the breakfast service was wonderful. The restaurant was very busy but she took the time to look after us and others as well. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful

The breakfast room was very crowded on both mornings we were there and the hotel would benefit from additional facilities

Bar and breakfast staff very friendly. Meal ordered in the bar was very good. Our room was clean and comfortable. Location in Dublin is excellent on good bus routes.

Most reception staff were great except the girl who actually checked us in. She was brusque to the near point of rudeness and made us feel guilty for bothering her. Also although our room was fine, the general areas of the hotel are quite grubby. Many walls are stained and the same bits and pieces were on the carpets for the duration of our stay. No vacuuming in evidence. This is not a 4 star hotel, nearer to 2/3. I feel that this hotel lives on past glories and is not prepared or able to maintain its old standards adequately.

I enjoyed my stay there and I really breakfast there : abundant and well cooked ,quickly served .

My room (122) overwiewed a street and it was quite noisy because of the traffic lights between which my bedroom was situated .

thought the breakfast and bar staff were excellent.Also enjoyed the Irish music on Friday/saturday-especially Eugene Mccabe , the singer.

My room overlookedthe back, but I still found this very noisy especially early am with people sorting out the dustbins

Beautifull Georgian style. Good value for money. Clean. Fair breakfast. parking available. Close to city center.

Noisiest room ever had. avoid rooms on Frederick St at all costs!
