Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja huoneet normaalia perustasoa. Aamupala kuului huoneen hintaan. Hotellissa oma pubi ja ravintola.

Hotellihuoneiden seinät ohuet, naapurin puhe/kuorsaus kuului selvästi läpi. Kylpyhuone haisi hieman ummehtuneelta, vaikka oli ihan siisti ja valoisa.

Sijainti ja hotellin vanhasta tyylistä

Valitsimme hotellin sijainnin ja sisustuksen perusteella. Halusimme vanhanaikaista tyyliä ja ilmapiiriä. Aamupala mahdollisuus vaikutti myös valintaan.

Seinät olivat "paperia"-puhe kuului läpi. Käytävän äänet eivät kuuluneet huoneisiin.

Hotel 2 minutes from o'connell street, right in the heart of dublin, I was there on a friday so their was live irish music in the restaurant, really nice touch.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was great!

Proximity to city centre.

Traffic noise extreme. Adjacent stairwell used till very late and from very early not a room for a good night's sleep. Thermostat in shower very variable and water temperature in washhand basin dangerously hot should have a warning notice from Health and Safety point of view. We requested 2 room keys as I was returning earlier than my husband from a function in the city and we wanted independent access to our room. This was categorically denied. Not helpful and not a good welcome to the hotel. Saturday breakfast was like a rugby scrum, struggling to find anywhere to sit and not a pleasant experience.

In a city like dublin, it was fantastic to have staff available 24 hours a day. All of the staff were always helpful with an immediate "of course we can" to any enquiries. Fantastic service all around. Great breakfast, nice pub and restaurant, and great value for money. Beautiful place, too. I would so recommend it to anyone.

The bathroom fixtures could be updated. Water pressure was pretty low and had unpredictable ups and downs in the tempurature when you weren't expecting it.

The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to answer our questions

Unfortunately the room was cold and dirty. The bathroom was not acceptable, far too small and mouldy.

I thought the staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked that some of the features of the old house were kept. The location was handy for shopping and sightseeing.

I got very little sleep because of the noise of people comiming and going

The Hotel Staff are friendly. The restaurant staff provide fast, friendly service, and the breakfast is excellent. It's a good location for accessing Parnell Square, o Connell Street and the Temple Bar area-- we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit.

The hotel is aging, and gives the impression of elegance fallen into disrepair. The rooms and floors are accessed via narrow halls with half- floor steps up or down, and multiple turns with fire doors between each section -- there is an elevator, but use of stairs is still required to get to most of the rooms. Our particular room (410) was located at the end of a winding, narrow hall. By about the 3rd day, we finally were able to navigate the labyrinth of fire doors, halls and stairs without making wrong turns. A hotel map in each room would be very helpful. Our room was not as clean as we would have liked, but it had a nice view of the upper Parnell Square area, and a gorgeous church building is just across the street. Although the beds were made up every day, and the towels changed, the bathroom was cleaned only twice during our 5-night stay, and the floors were vacuumed just once, as far as we could tell. The plumbing is aged, and works reluctantly but sufficiently.
