Nice breakfast and convenient location
Never known such tight parking spaces
location the evening entertainment the restaurant the bedroom. it Is just off o connel street and only a few minutes away from the centre,
the reception staff were a bit terse when I asked them to book tickets for me for the guinness exhibition I had to do it myself.
The staff and facilities were fantastic. Evening entertainment was excellent. We both enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to any fellow travellers to the wonderful city of Dublin.
The building itself - especially the ground floor
Noisy neighbours. Tired decor.
Convenience to city centre. Quiet location. Nice singer in bar at night.
We could hear the toilet and showers nearby being used during the night.
the room was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was evcellent
it was a bit expensive
The food wifi and location are all very good based on the price . Staff are very friendly . We have been twice now and enjoyed our stay .
We have nothing to say against the hotel other than it would not be suitable for anyone in a wheel chair as there are a lot of steps
The helpful and supportive staff
Poor parking available
The hotel food was great and the entertainment at the hotel was excellent. Right in the city centre
The only thing was the location of the hotel was gardener something? That is a street just off parnell square so we walked the whole way around parnell square and just by chance we looked up and there was a big sign on the hotel with their name on it.
Location. Breakfast. Staff Assistance
Noise from the street
Everything was excellent....staff very friendly. Both breakfast & dinner very good, room very clean & comfortable.... could not fault Ideal location for exploring Dublin
Great Location, walking distance to centre. Clean, polite, friendly & helpful Staff. Great breakfast.
Noisy street but ok.
Freee Wifi Clean room Comfortable beds Modern bathroom Breakfast is really good Location is easy to get to from airport via bus, near shops & o'connell st.
No air con - had to open window & hear street noise at night Rooms are really small, cluttered with furniture leaving very little space for 2 people with lugage and manveuring space No fan in bathroom or window
Huge room with a separate lounge which although not part of the room , no other guests had access to it. Great location easy walk to city centre and near Ho oh stop. Lovely cafe which was part of the hotel. Staff excellent even arranged a 5am continental breakfast in the restaurant on our day of departure. Lively cosy bar down in the old cellars with good food. We were on street level but no undue noise from traffic or people on street. Can't rate highly enough. Staff excellent in all areas
Very convenient for city centre. Staff were very helpful. Clean room, bedding and towels. Excellent choice of breakfast dishes.
The hotel was well located and catered well for all of our needs.
Due to a flight delay we missed the first day of our reservation, the staff were incredibly helpful in working with us. Breakfast was nice in the morning and the hotel was within walking distance of downtown and the buses.
Can't think of anything.
The quiet atmosphere, old-world furniture and fittings in the public areas, and the comfortable lounges.
Very limited choice of stations on my room TV.
location was ok, breakfast was good, basement restaurant and food was very good. Staff was friendly.
Very small, old and smelly room. Not like pictures on the internet. Cable was very bad, hardly any channels and very fuzzy. Internet worked most of the time. To get to the room was like a labyrinth.
The hotel had a lot of character and the staff were helpful and friendly. There was an excellent folk singer in the Vaults on the evening that we were there.
The breakfast was awful; it was like being in a school canteen or a really poor motorway service station.
Friendly staff and good entertainment. Clean, Comfy beds
There wasn't anything not to like
The castle hotel is situated in a central location which makes it accessible to shops, pubs etc.
There was not a proper upright standing shower and the nozzle did not work making it unsuitable to shower. The hotel itself was not hoovered properly and decor old and unkempt. Bedroom was very small as was the bathroom. Clean sheets were sitting on the unhoovered floor outside our room as we were leaving the hotel.
Great location. Comfortable. Large family room. Food good
Hot and cold shower
Had a great time .hotel is spot on would stay there again and tell family and friends about the hotel
