Nice relaxed atmosphere. Facilities were more than adequate for our purposes and the room was a good size, modern in decor and with a good bathroom with a very decent shower. Evening meal at the hotel on the Friday night was very average. |

Room was spacious and had good facilities.Comfortable bed,nice bathroom.Good breakfast provided in the price. On arrival first room allocated had not ben cleaned,however we were immediately given a superior room and staff were very apologetic. |

The flexibility of the reception staff (they took messages, stored my cheese, etc) I didn't think the breakfast was very good. The tomatoes weren't grilled and it wasn't clear what choice was available. |

Very good location. We were originally put in room 318 which is hot, stuffy and so noisy you nmight as well sleep on the street. But then we were moved to room 423 which was heaven! And I love the mints on the pillow. See my comments on room 318. Also, no pen in the room, nor shower cap. Just little things. |

Relationship between price and services: breackfast, staff support, flexibility and client orientation. Aditionaly i´ve enjoyed very much the space (furniture, paints...) giving, in my opinion the righ balance between hotel services and home confort. The TV channel could be best sintonised. |

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. The room was basic and quite small - nothing special but ok if you aren't going to be spending that much time in it. It was a good 15 minute walk from the main shopping and entertainment areas. |

Friendly staff, Very efficient service at breakfast despite number of people trying to eat at the same time. location relatively quiet compared to other Dublin locations Bathroom was awkward design and needed renovating. Overall I have stayed in much nicer hotels for much less money, but no hotel in Dublin seems to represent good value for money, so it is no worse than any other in this respect. |

location, buildings, rooms very comfortable Unfriendly staff, a bit rude. Missed breakfast 3 days as it was at 8am which is too late if you have a meeting at 8.30 At day I had breakfast, it was poor. |

The decor was very pleasant and new. Also, the hotel was conveniently situated close to the city and Croke Park Stadium. Secure parking. Friendly staff. Impossible to open windows and get fresh air - so no fresh air for room. Breakfast was chaotic both mornings. No set tables, buffett empty and untidy. Too small restaurant and too less staff to deal with amount weekend guests. |

A small, cozy and oldfashioned hotell. Exellent placed in the centre of Dublin. Reasonable price. Lazy and not very serviceminded reception |

I enjoyed the location, the actual room and the comfortable bed. The breakfast and dinner was very good too We (my elderly mother of 88 Years old) and I expected the heating to be on. Monday night and -wednesday night was reezing! The room (128) was too cold |
