Porządek, codzienna wymiana ręczników, pięknie usłane łóżko,czajnik i kawa w pokoju, umyte wszystkie naczynia. Brak internetu w pokoju, jest to nie dopuszczalne a był zagwarantowany w cenie pokoju. |

I thought the desk staff--'Suzanne' and Ms. Petch' in particular-- were wonderfully informative, good humoured and courteous. They made our stay, and our sense of the city, much richer than it could have been in this, ourt first visit to Dublin. We liked the quiet room, the friendly welcome at breakfast, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. We had one of the newly renovated rooms--325. While this was clean and comfortable, we thohght that the Hotel did not get its money's worth out of the contractor: the bathroom in particular was sloppily done, door moldings unsanded, tile grout not cleaned from the walls and so forth. We also wanted to know the names of staff: could they wear name tags at the front desk?? (I refer to 'Ms. Petch' above, as we never learned her first name, and I understand there are two Ms. Petch's'. I know Suzanne's name only because I asked.) |

Friendly open door hotel. Owner very friendly. I would have preferred a bath in my room instead of a shower. The Dining Room has a cold feel to it with no table cloths on the table adding to this feeling. |

The location was good and close to Dublin City centre. Two things: 1. A member of the hotel staff opened our room door and walked in to our room while we were resting during the day. 2. At 5:00am on the Monday morning of our stay someone was wheeling heavy trollies or wheelie bins across the courtyard at the rear of the hotel. This wakened us and went on for about 1/2 an hour and afterwards it was very difficult to get back to sleep. |

Our room was very large and comfortable, and was nicely decorated. Bathroom had an excellent shower and looked like it had been recently renovated too. The couple we were travelling with paid the same price and had a room almost half the size, so the value for money was inconsistent. Both rooms overlooked a carpark although it wasn't noisy. |

It's proximity to the city centre. One person at reception in particular could do with a course in public relations as her manner to her guests left a lot to be desired. Also this hotel is completely overpriced as the rooms are tiny and I booked for a party of seven all of which had the same complaint. |

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. In a very good location to Dublins attractions. Great breakfast and loved the live music on Friday evening while having a drink. Would stay again. A bit of a struggle if you have a few cases to get to your room. But we have experianced worse places. |

Loved the location of the hotel very central for our holiday stay. Only downside that you had to go downstairs to the dining room for breakfast, not easy with a 10mth old and a buggy. |

My elderly mother and I loved the period detail - room design and antique furniture - so many sitting rooms with comfy chairs, for relaxing with a drink or meal. The en suite bedroom was spotless with very clean and comfortable beds and tea facilities. Proximity to O'Connell Street with airport buses, and hop-on, hop-off city tour buses within 7 minutes walk also greatly appreciated as this saved us needing to get taxis. |
