Gostei bastante da localização, no centro norte de Dublin, muito bem servido de transportes que nos levavam por todo Dublin. serviço muito bom. Recomendo |

We did a lot of sight seeing through the dublin bus tour, people very friendly and helpful. I did not like the location right next to a nightclub as i was woken @ 2 am every morning. |

The large size of the family room meant we didn't feel cramped with 4 of us in the one room. Reception staff were very friendy and helpful. |

The room was in a newly refurbished part of the hotel and so the decor, furnishings, carpets etc were up to date and very well kept. The room was generous in size as was the bathroom. The breakfast was very generous and set you up for the day. Staff were very pleasant as well. It was very good value for the money. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay there. One small complaint and that was the room (no 126) over looked a bin area and an over flowing skip - needs to be seen to. |

Room has got comfortable volume, high ceiling. Hotel staff is nice and friendly. Facilities are clean and hotel is not so crowded. We had to ask several times to get some heating in the room; in the end we spent one night without any heating. The hotel staff offers to help scheduling activities, but they are not so reliable; we indeed experienced one serious problem due to improper booking. |

Location was good, hotel downstairs area was good. Enjoyed the Friday night irish band. Brekfastg was ok but it was pot luck. Sometimes had mushrooms sometimes not, although other guests had them. Room was very basic with cracked tiles in bathroom, bath panel broken, bed not very comportable, dip in the middle. Very noisy even during the day with guests playing music very loudly which went unchecked even when complained. In the afternoon asked what time the bar was going to be open and was told in 15 minutes. Said we would wait in the piano room and let us know when it was open, this never happened so we retired to our room. Door knocked every afternoon by housekeeper asking if we where ok when trying to rest and displaying do not disturb. |

The hotel was at the top of O'Connell street, within walking distance of shopping, bus availability to all parts of Dublin if wanted. My first room was a smoker's room, although marked as non-smoking. Asked for change, received a lovely newer room, quiet, clean and pleasant, with a "view" to the inner courtyard. Breakfast ample, personnel exceptionally nice. Was not happy with the smoker's room, but pleased aobut their willingness to change. |

the bedrooms were modern and clean, the general feel of the hotel was very relaxing, it was like a country house hotel in the city ! Breakfast time was a bit hectic in the dining room. |

I thought the desk staff--'Suzanne' and Ms. Petch' in particular-- were wonderfully informative, good humoured and courteous. They made our stay, and our sense of the city, much richer than it could have been in this, ourt first visit to Dublin. We liked the quiet room, the friendly welcome at breakfast, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. We had one of the newly renovated rooms--325. While this was clean and comfortable, we thohght that the Hotel did not get its money's worth out of the contractor: the bathroom in particular was sloppily done, door moldings unsanded, tile grout not cleaned from the walls and so forth. We also wanted to know the names of staff: could they wear name tags at the front desk?? (I refer to 'Ms. Petch' above, as we never learned her first name, and I understand there are two Ms. Petch's'. I know Suzanne's name only because I asked.) |

Friendly open door hotel. Owner very friendly. I would have preferred a bath in my room instead of a shower. The Dining Room has a cold feel to it with no table cloths on the table adding to this feeling. |

The location was good and close to Dublin City centre. Two things: 1. A member of the hotel staff opened our room door and walked in to our room while we were resting during the day. 2. At 5:00am on the Monday morning of our stay someone was wheeling heavy trollies or wheelie bins across the courtyard at the rear of the hotel. This wakened us and went on for about 1/2 an hour and afterwards it was very difficult to get back to sleep. |
