Amabilitatea personalului si mai ales impicarea directa a proprietarului.

Incalzirea camerelor se face in regim orar fara a tine cont de temperatura din camerele cu ferestre foarte mari si calorifere mici. Dusul din baie este de tip fix (fara racord flexibil).

Charming hotel with lots of character. Good hearty breakfasts and live traditional Irish music at the weekends.Great place to stay.

The hotel was in a very good location within walking distance of all the attractions and nightlife. Even though this is a very old hotel it was cleaned to a high standard and the staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was good with a variety of cereals or cooked breakfast and a vegetarian option. There was also entertainment in the bar on a Friday and Saturday evening. All in all a good hotel and excellant value for money.

Proximity to O'Connell St and surrounding areas. Availability of on site parking - Not big so essential to book. This is a reasonably good standard Hotel in a good location - very adequate as a City Centre place to stay - do not expect anything out of the ordinary and you won't be disappointed.

Good location and room was a very good size. Room was also comfortable and clean.

The road outside was noisy due to single glazing/old sash windows.

I thought the hotel was welcoming and friendly in an unobtrusive way. It is well situated and ideal for doing the sights of Dublin and around the dublin region.

I liked the location as it was central and within easy walking distance of all the amenities.

The room was too hot, as I couldn't control the thermostat. The room was dusty, and not enough towels supplied for my needs.

The location was fantastic, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and the price was reasonable for the services and facilities.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The included breakfast was great- food was really yummy and the staff were quick to get it out to you. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel was located just a few blocks away from the main shopping area and the bus stops for the airlink and bus tours.

The shower was really, really small, but the bathroom was clean and modern.

The hotel had a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was substantial and certainly set you up for the day. The access was fine with friendly and aproachable staff.

There is certainly a noise issue - we stayed on the third floor and the noise from above was significant but wouldn't put me off as the price, location and overall ambience was really good!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is close to all major attractions in Dublin-it is kiddy korner from the Garden of Remembrance. The breakfasts are excellent.

The only problem was that for the first two nights I was there someone in the next room snored most of the night and, even though I am a fairly heavy sleeper, it still woke me up several times during those nights meaning that the insulation between rooms is minimal at best.

The Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. Also the restaurant downstairs was better than hoped for. Just a lovely hotel.
