room was fine service at breakfast very slow (and not due to being busy) had to ask 3 times till I got my breakfast after watching at least 3 other guest arrive eat and leave. |

All staff were very nice and helpful, room was nice and big, and the full irish breakfast every morning was lovely. Hotel was very central, close to O'Connell street, 10 mins work from Temple Bar |

Help from the staff and the nice morning meals. Based on the layout of the buildings, I know there is probably nothing that can be done, but more access to floors by way of an elevator would be nice. |

Friendly staff, location and the huge room we were allocated. We had also stayed at the hotel 10 years ago when we visited Dublin. |

its was central to all amnenities the room was small, the wardrobe door was hanging off and we were looking on a building site whiich we were not informed about on check in. |

The staff where ok. I guess you get what you pay for. To be honest I did not like my stay and won't be staying again. Food was terrible, TV had problems and I could heard everything in the next room.. It was too warm and if I opened the window it was noisey. As a female staying alone I would not recommend this hotel as there was a strip club about 3 doors up and the parking was a jokeand the staff could not always help with change. |

near town and handy for all the sites my experience was probably a-typical (international rugby weekend) staff were busy and had to be asked several times to undertake small tasks, but a bit of persistance paid off. Luggage room did not seem very secure however- staff handed out the keys. |
