The location

The room was small. Ordered a dobble room, but was given a tiny room and a small bed. If we were two to stay I would not survive. The bed was stone hard. It's an old and worn hotel, which the furniture and interiour reflected. The breakfast was busy, and the selection was limited.

We have stayed here a few times however this was the first time we were in a family room, we were right next to a busy main road so was kept awake all night. Would not stay in a family room again.

Good, reasonably priced hotel within walking distance of city centre.

Breakfast time was rather chaotic as there did not seem to be enough staff to cope with the large number of guests. Toasters need replacing!

Breakfast staff were helpful and on the ball.

Everything was a great for somebody who had spent 39 hours awake coming from Oz.

The hotel is a bit old and would benefit from a touch-up, but there was nothing really big that stood out as a definite minus.

The staf were really friendly and could not do enough for us the food in the restraunt was very good and good value for money. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and we all had a great time. Wil stay here again next time in Dublin as it is very wel located.

Staff on checkin (april 28) two females were not friendly. Window did not close. Bed was higher on feet end than Head end. Noise was problem on first night. Hair dryer did not work.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast staff were so efficient without rushing you.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and made the stay at the hotel fun. As we arrived early in the day and left late, it was important we could store our bags securely; they were most helpful. Rooms clean and stocked. There is a bar in the basement where the drinks are cheaper than in the Temple part of town, and the bar staff are friendly. Both nights there was music in the bar, which was good, relaxed, and family friendly. The location of the hotel is ideal for airport links and the centre of Dublin. Very popular with people from all over the world; the hotel staff are used to it and patient.

Its not a dislike, but breakfast was average, and a little disorganised. This is a busy, popular hotel where there is a lot of people breakfasting at the same time. However, go with the flow and the hotel staff bend over backwards to accommodate you.

It was very comfortable,friendly,quite close to the city,all staff were very helpful,If we ever come back to Dublin we would stay with you again.

The atmosphere, the comfort and some members of the staff who were welcoming and quite friendly

Some members of the staff especially at the reception desk were not friendly at all.We departed without a goodbye.Some of them behaves as if they had not been trained and like civil servants.It is the second time we come for one week ( 2 guests)and we expected more kindness from some of the staff at the reception.

Clean, friendly, comfortable. There was nothing that the staff would not do for you. We liked it so much we made plans to return already.

Thoroughly charming experience in classic 19th century surroundings with modern amenities. Friendly staff, impeccable housekeeping and numerous comfortable lounge areas. Terrific access to all transportation.
