Location - short walk to the main street. Lovely decor. Good sized bedroom with blackout curtains. Very clean & comfortable. Great breakfast. Polite staff. It was a little too warm but there was a desktop fan in the room. |

Hot water ran out in the shower on one ocasion (Rom 301). Aside from that, a very enjoyable stay with very friendly staf. |

Hotel staff (especially waiting staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel was well located as regards proximity to Westport town. Breakfast was poor and a bit thrown together.The cost for me £252 for 2 nights B & B did not represent good value for money. |

The family room was better than we expected. The breakfast was excelent enough choice for all and very friendly staff. There was a bit of confusion over the rate at check in however when queried it was rectified. It was a great base to see the west Mayo The acces to the pool was a bit restrictive for childern however these times did change for July and Aug it was possibly bad timing for us |

I loved the friendliness and 'can do' attitude of the staff. It has been a long while since I stayed in a place where this old fashioned 'customer is king' attitude is still going. The hotel has an important social function in the local community. They need to make sure to retain the functions to the function rooms though if they want to present themselves as a spa hotel. No one wants to see a junior in a tracking suit drinking Bulmers in the hall as a first thing they see in a hotel. |

The check in staff are very nice and helpfull. Breakfast is cooked fresh for you and a good choice. Spa is excellent. Great location for exploring W'Port town. Rooms are a little tired and could do with some doing up but the Plaza is just next door if you want v mod. |

comfort was great ,so close to all nite club and shops etc. people very freindly, i diff go back again perfect to have great weekend .hotel was top i thought the breakfast is ridiculous priced 28 euros tht madness ........also went to orchard restaurant very very expensive............(i got main course and dessert for two came 65 euros) for small portions you get .my advice go to local restaurant |
