Staff were very friendly and professional. Leisure facilities were never too busy so all the more enjoyable. There were Christmas parties on and guests were playing and messing in the corridors till all hours making lots of noise. (I think at one stage they were doing the long jump). |

My stay was short. I went to bed at 2.30am and had to get up at 4.15am to get to the airport by 5.30am so i had very little time to sample the comfort of the bed etc |

Rooms comfortable but very hot. Bar very noisy until late . reception staff very good but other staff in restaurant not helpful. Breakfast, very expensive for what they were. Staff in dining room not helpful. Buffet for hot breakfast not good more like a canteen than a top hotel. Breakfast supposed to be served until 11 am on sunday but they removed everything at the dot of 11 even though they were still admitting people and therefore they were charging full price for very poor value. |

i liked the swimming pool, the cleanliness of the spa area, the deco arrangements in the lobby areas. SPA AREA: towels were not big enough, no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel in the showers, should have swimming costume rinser. ROOMS: Robes would have been nice. |

The room (size, decor and services), discounted golf, meal, and more if we'd stayed more than one night. No ironing board in the room..? The meal price (only because we thought the 3 course mea price in the bar was the one we were going to have, but were directed to the 2nd part of the restaurant where the "a la carte" meals were). But due to being very well cooked the meal was very enjoyable nonetheless (and I didn't over eat for once!). |

Nice entrance, food very high-quality, dedicated heated smoking zone (outside), good landscape. Food is very expensive, as well as breakfast. Bar service has huge delays. Rooms are extremely noisy (mostly due to people on the corridors). Bar stuff is about 20% expensier than other similar hotels. A bit difficult to find the Hotel, unless you know the area or have a gps. |

The general atmosphere in the hotel was bright and fresh and it was very well equipped The staff were not all as helpful as they could be and we were unable to have a massage due to unavailability for the full weekend |

The leisure facilities, and room (although not the sleeping arrangements) Was not keen on the open plan of the bar/reception/dining room, consequently we chose to eat and drink in the village rather than the hotel. Was disappointed to get a twin rather than a double room when staying with my husband and the reception staff were unable to re-allocate us |

I loved the swimming pool, the view from this pool area was very relaxing, the natural light made it feel like you were outdoors. I also loved the proximity to Dublin, an easy bus ride that let you see the city. |

This was my second time to stay here, the hotel is fantastic, staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are immaculate. One thing i didnt like like about the hotel was there was a loud droning noise all night and morning. Im not sure what it was but it was quite irritating. And also we didnt have much of a view.....just looking out at a roof. |
