The spa treatments were excellent, the facities were to a high standard and well maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is set in the country with very little near it so if you want a relaxing break it is a great spot. The only thing I could say was that there was a wedding on the Saturday night and the guests who were staying for it were extremely noisy in the corridors afterwards however the staff from the hotel did come up the stairs and politely asked them to quietly move on to bed which eventually seemed to work.

On a business trip and found the hotel to be of a very good standard and the room very comfortable ! All round service level was good and the staff friendly. Central Dublin was a €20 cab ride away.

The hotel was nice and clean and the pool area lovely. Beds comfortable. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, you will need a car if staying here as taxi's very expensive. Brought 2 bicardi's and coke for 15 euro! Very noisy at night from kitchen fan's which affected our room. Asked to be moved because of it but the 2nd room we were also kept awake by industrial fans buzzing most of the night. Kitchen staff thought nothing of moving wheelie bins full of glass bottles around the courtyard below your room early hours. 4.20am some employee of hotel decided to move barrells of beer around the concrete yard below dozens of rooms? Rooms don't have air conditioning so windows need to be open. Found the hotel more catered to weddings/christenings which took over the bars and reception area all 3 of the nights we stayed there. Found hotel nice but bland, no atmosphere. Would not return.

Fantastic staff made us feel welcome we got there very early and were able to check our baggage in which was taken to our room for when we got back from Dublin.Hotel was very secure as you needed cards to use lifts and to get on your floor. Ice machines at the end of each corridor. Food was very nice and hotel is in a nice quiet location. Rooms were nice and comfortable and also kept clean. Only thing to comment on if anything the shower heat and pressure was low and the room was quite hot on a night so we had to sleep with the window open other than that our stay was fantastic.

Great Staff, Very warm and welcomming and professional, I was amazed to find so many Irish people working at the Hotel and I really liked that as it made me feel i was having a more Irish experience.the pool and view from our room were superb and the food was just great. the generator outside was humming all night so I had to keep the window closed. the duvet was very warm and i had to take it out of the cover. I was unable to control the temp. in the bedroom.

I really enjoyed the spa and the relaxing room there was alot of noise at 5am as the heating started, there were rattles and bangs and taps, it sounded like a percussion band was warming up. I informed reception and they said they would look into it

Good Location, nice swimming pool Myself and my boyfriend stayed in the hotel on a thursay night, to relax as we were going shopping early next morning, We seen there was a wedding on and we were not told about this even when checking in or they never said there would be noise. we were put in a room on first floor and there was a big very noisey air conditioning box outside our window, must of been for pub or kitchen, it was so loud so we rang recipiton and they already knew what the problem was and moved us to a room at front of hotel, we were over were the wedding was and music went on till about 2.30am the hole room was vibrating the music was that loud, and from then on the noise of the people on the halls, did not sleep one bit all night, we conplained when checking out and the lady said the manager would contact us, he never bothered! for 100euro i would least expect to have a good sleep, never will we go back

Staff very firendly, very luxurious rooms and an overall beautiful Hotel. All rooms were non smoking, but clearly the people who satyed in my room previously had been smoking. A very strong smell of smoke in the room for the nigth. We opened the windown early in the evening so the worse of the effects were gone by nightime.

I was doing a course in the castleknock communtiy centre and it was fantastic and so near. The staff were very hlpfula nd gave me directions with no problems, thy were even able to extend the check out time til one free of charge which was very handy for my boyfriend who was travelling with me as he could use the hotel facilites for longer and didnt have to hang around too long and wait for me, as we were coming from cork he didnt no many places too go. Th eonly thing I didnt like was that during the night the radiator came on in the rooma nd it was way too hot I tried turning it off but was unable too.

We couldn't fault the Hotel or it's staff in any way. Our third trip there this year and standards remain constant and high. The smoke alarm going off early hours of the morning, probably down to a naughty smoker !
