The room was very well presented. the views were also a contributing factor to the overall experience. The staff did appear efficient rather than personal. The more senior staff member quickly dealt with my enquiry very well but the main receptionists were too automated. |

It was great for my family, very child friendly and the food was nice There was a nail sticking out of a bed in room 108 and my 4 year old cut himself on it, so maintainence needed there |

I liked the old estate trees, the birdsong and the access to the National Park. It was great for the kids with the pool and the playground. The family room had lots of space and when my new arrival comes there is a bed for him too.The breakfast room overlooking the mountains and lake was fab! I thought the evening meal was dear enough. The kids menu was good value but the golf club we would go to in Kinsale would be more reasonable. |

I found the hotel really relaxing. It was a short drive to the main town and really safe for my kids. The staff were really helpful. I would definately reccomend this hotel to others. |

The location was excellent and the staff were very good. The baby cot was not very comfortable. It needed a thicker matress. |
