Decent room. Good breakfast.

not enough variety for breakfast would have expected better from a 4 star hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the pool area,lovely and clean.

Lobby, plenty of free parking, receptionist were very friendly and helpful, bar, food, room was nice, cleanliness.

Room not properly serviced( having to look for bath towels), breakfast restaurant not coping with busy time ( no spoons, order not taken properly, tables not cleared, delay with tea and toast)

Very friendly staff,enjoyed swimming pool,sauna,steam room and jacuzzi.High standards of housekeeping

Thought the hotel felt 'cold'

Staff in some areas could be more friendly and attend to details. Had to ask for somethings twice. Also food was designer food and poor value for money.

Friendly staff , and great food in the bar in the evenings . Kids really loved the food as well as ourselves . Breakfast is pretty basic in the mornings , very little in the buffet .

Cavan Crystal shop is closed down , so not much relevance to the name of the hotel anymore . ABsolutely nothing to do with kids in Cavan , do not go here if you want kids activities . Same for shopping , only saving grace is crossing the border to Enniskillen for a day out . Simply not a location for kids , unless they can entertain themselves somehow

very friendly pleasant staff. Very comfortable and breakfasts 1st class. dinner superb on last evening, Presentation great as well as choice.

Weather BUT nothing could be done about that.

General peace and quiet within. Restauraunt food and service were of good quality. Rooms were adequate.

There was only one armchair in a room for double occupancy. Bedroom doors did not close quietly thus wakening other guests in the wee small hours of the morning.

Wifi only in lounge as opposed to what was said in brochure would not have booked if known

The Hotel, Location, Staff was excellent. The food was absolutely great.

Unfortunately we were awaken out of our sleep during the night due to a disturbance in a room across from our landing. This disturbance unfortunately continued at 9.00am. We did report this incident which we understood was being managed by hotel staff.

When I was booked in I looked through hotels own display in internet. If I ad booked same direct I would have saved 10 euro and had two dinners valued at 35 euro each. What I paid was a bit dear.I also noticed a Donegal advertising in Irish News paper a lot better value than yourselves most disappointing if you miss the prices. My diff at 10+ 2 dinners a bit too much.

Met up with a friend in Cavan Crystal Hotel, it was an excellent experience. We plan on making this a bi-annual event. The staff were helpful and accommodating, the room was comfortable and the facilities were excellent. Food was amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you!!!!!

A very friendly comfortable stay good value for money.

Staff were very friendly and restaurant food and service were excellent. Also very accommodating to two children.

Breakfast fry: perhaps ask the customer how they like their eggs fried, very soft ones are fine for some folk and definately not for others.

Was only an overnight stay and we were not able to avail of any of the facilities of the hotel except breakfast. We were very impressed with the hotel and our treatment by the staff and would certainly go back again to enjoy the facilities of the hotel.
