Clean rooms and helpful staff. Enough for breakfast. Cute little hotel. Separate taps for cold and warm water and fixed shower! Impossible to wash yourself comfortably! Window couldn't close completely so I had to turn heating to max and I could hear everything that is going on on the street.

Comfy bed, nice restaurant and bar. Easy walk to various parts of the city. No bar soap in bathroom. Music from bar can be heard at night, but at least it is good music.

Never again!!! I booked this place for my parents. On check-out day, my parents left their bags in the hall in the morning and went shopping for a while before catching the shuttle bus to the airport in the afternoon. When they came back to collect their bags, they were accused of stealing a blanket from the room. Without asking any question, the hotel owners (more than one was present) told them straight in their face that they had stolen it. My parents replied they had not stolen anything, but given that the hotel owners were insisting they decided to open all their bags (four in total, two big and two small) and show their stubborn counterparts that they only had their personal belongings with them. When the hotel owners saw that no blanket was in their bags, they kept their puzzled faces and did not even say sorry. I will not dwell on how unpleasantly patronising these people were (to say the least), but I would like to ask them 3 questions: a) If two hotel guests really wanted to steal a blanket from their room, would they leave their bags in the hall for a while and then come back, as my parents did? Or would they leave straight away? b) If you have reason to believe your hotel guests have stolen anything, why not asking them first instead of jumping to conclusions? c) After being proven you were wrong, which can happen to anyone, why don’t you say 3 simple words: “I AM SORRY”? The hotel in itself was not bad, but after this incident I will make sure nobody I know will go there again.

Couldn't hear any music or noise from the street and the location was fantastic for getting around. Towels in the room barely covered your modesty so take an extra for a long trip. Also the room was extremely hot and rarely cooled with the window open.

Very easy access, with benefit of free transfer from and to airport There is a restaurant and a bar with live music beside the hotel what was a bit noisy at Saturday night. I complained to the reception and they didn't have other room available, only a triple room what they didn't allowed me to move. Shame. Breakfast was included but also not really great.

The location is wonderful. The price included a full Irish breakfast and the transport to the airport. Also, the attached restaurant was wonderful and the Pub 2 doors down was quintessential Ireland. We had a wonderful time. Something happened to the hot-water heater, so the whole guesthouse was without hot water. It was soon fixed so not too inconvenient. There is no elevator, so might be difficult for those on the 3rd floor.

The front desk attendants were patient and informative. My girlfriend and I had stupidly forgotten our cell phones back in the Netherlands, and had no way of telling time, so we frequently called the front desk just to ask what time it was, and the staff was very patient and friendly. The complementary full Irish breakfast was excellent, and the service was friendly and home-Y. The rooms were not large, but they were cozy. I would not recommend it for people who want their life in a hotel to be part of the experience (It did not have a pool or a gym or any amenities of that kind), but for those who are looking to spend most of their time outside of the hotel (and there is plenty to do in Dublin), this is an excellent place to comfortably spend your evenings, nights, and mornings. The Celt and Le Bon Cruuben offer an excellent pub and dining experience as well. Highly recommended!

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The location is good too, central, close to the Spire on O'Connell street. Our room on the top floor was really quiet, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, and tea/coffee-making facilities were also available in the bedroom. We also appreciated the free transfer from the airport. Everything was clean. The room and especially the bathroom could have been more spacious. The wifi didn't work at all (not even in the dining room). It was impossible to switch the tv on/off with the remote, we had to get out of bed every time to switch it off.

Girl with short hair at reception very friendly. Great location-few minutes from LUAS and Bus Station and O'Connell Street. Good value. Ideal for a one or two night stay in Dublin. No toiletries except hand soap in bathroom. Single glazed windows and paper thin walls.
