Was close to restraints and bars in a good area
Room was small bathroom even smaller the soap and shampoos were half empty abs the loo never flushed staff were polite but not very helpful and the double bed was two singles put together
Smell of cigarets in corridors coming from pub bellow.
The Celt Bar next door is great.
Nice location, excellent service!
Room was very small and not worth the price we paid for the weekend.
Everything was grand; the staff, the hotel pub as well as the Irish breakfast in the morning. Arnaud, in the reception, was very helpful and friendly ad the Live music every night in the pub was amazing! We both loved our stay.
Your two female kitchen staff were just delightful...so helpful, kind and friendly.
I order a taxi for 11pm on Wednesday night last I did phone reception at 10:15pm for them order my taxi but when 11pm arrived no taxi so I had to phone reception again and it was 11:15pm before my taxi arrived. There was a taxi rank down the road and it would have been better for me to walk there myself to get a taxi .
The location of the guesthouse is excelent, only 15/20 minutes walking from the temple bar area and only 10 minutes from the river. The staff was nice and helpful. The WiFi connection was strong although in one occasion the service was down.
The breakfast could have been a little bit more diversified and our bedrooms's toilet didn't flush properly.our room's window was turned to Talbot street, which is rather noisy on weekend nights.
Location was excellent, with many restaurants and stores nearby and a short walk across the river to many of Dublin's famous sites. The value of the room was reasonable.
The room was smaller than expected, especially the bathroom, but suitable for our needs. Friday night was noisy, with music coming up from the restaurant below.
The quality of the Wi FI is bad.
it was very central, and that was great for seeing the local tourist attractions, my friend and I didn't have to travel far at all. The staff were great, very informative of bus times, and where popular places to eat ect where. Defiantly return to this hotel we both enjoyed the trip very much!
our bedroom was at he front of the hotel and at nights it was very noisy, especially on the Saturday night wih people walking by. In future Id ask for a room at the back of the building for being woken up at 2am by drunks isn't great when you have to get up for 6 am flight.
Location, room comfort, cleanliness
Noise from the street can be heard too well Lacks an elevator
The room smelt badly from someone smoking.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful and the room was warm and comfortable, also breakfast was good.
Only a couple of things,no lift which was hard for my husband as he uses a walking stick,no BBC1on the television although member off staff did try to retune it for us and the toilet roll they use was rubbish, we bought our own
The space and cleanliness of the room for the price. Been in dearer hotels that we're worse.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and kept our luggage after we had checked out so we could go shopping until our train was due. We would highly recommend it. Elizabeth and Raul.
Neat, clean room with modern facilities
Room very small
I loved the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. They go above and beyond accomodate.
Staff are all very friendly. The room was small but very clean & lovely & warm. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Clean towels everyday. The Celt bar is brilliant with live irish music every night. The location is brilliant.
Hair dryer being wired into the drawer
Despite being above a busy bar and restuarant on a city centre street, my room was so quiet and I slept well
There is no real luggage storage so when you leave bags it's just in the foyer. Although they put a sticker with your name on it, it didn't strike me a being very secure.
Loved the staff they were so helpful, the location is perfect, the pub downstairs lovely! The rooms are a little on the small side, but this matches with the lower price. The breakfast is a must, although four days with fry ups didn't do well for my waist line! If you are looking for someone value for money, in the center of things, and a hotel that are willing to bend over backwards (let us check in early, and leave our bags for 6 hours after we checked out) then this hotel is definitely for you!
Economy 7 heating, tiny room, sink leaked and no way to remove plug in sink, opened a cupboard which had a metal sheet on it leading to outside not worth the 210 euros!!
The location was excellent. Nice and clean room and friendly staff.
Room was extremely warm, even when we turned off the heat.
