Location, room comfort, cleanliness
Noise from the street can be heard too well Lacks an elevator
The room smelt badly from someone smoking.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful and the room was warm and comfortable, also breakfast was good.
Only a couple of things,no lift which was hard for my husband as he uses a walking stick,no BBC1on the television although member off staff did try to retune it for us and the toilet roll they use was rubbish, we bought our own
The space and cleanliness of the room for the price. Been in dearer hotels that we're worse.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and kept our luggage after we had checked out so we could go shopping until our train was due. We would highly recommend it. Elizabeth and Raul.
Neat, clean room with modern facilities
Room very small
I loved the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. They go above and beyond accomodate.
Staff are all very friendly. The room was small but very clean & lovely & warm. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Clean towels everyday. The Celt bar is brilliant with live irish music every night. The location is brilliant.
Hair dryer being wired into the drawer
Despite being above a busy bar and restuarant on a city centre street, my room was so quiet and I slept well
There is no real luggage storage so when you leave bags it's just in the foyer. Although they put a sticker with your name on it, it didn't strike me a being very secure.
Loved the staff they were so helpful, the location is perfect, the pub downstairs lovely! The rooms are a little on the small side, but this matches with the lower price. The breakfast is a must, although four days with fry ups didn't do well for my waist line! If you are looking for someone value for money, in the center of things, and a hotel that are willing to bend over backwards (let us check in early, and leave our bags for 6 hours after we checked out) then this hotel is definitely for you!
Economy 7 heating, tiny room, sink leaked and no way to remove plug in sink, opened a cupboard which had a metal sheet on it leading to outside not worth the 210 euros!!
The location was excellent. Nice and clean room and friendly staff.
Room was extremely warm, even when we turned off the heat.
The Twinbed room was perfect for three people for a very good price. The guesthouse is in the middle of the city, a little bit noisy. We enjoyed our stay.
Very small bathroom. Irish music from the pub was heared easily.
the staff was very friendly and helpful, place is quiet enough, and accomodations are close in a walking distance so I'd return there :)
the shuttle for the airport was late so I had to jump in a cab. Well that's traffic matters, but besides that all good.
Nothing to dislike.
Not too far from main attractions in Dublin
There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, carpet was very dirty, TV wasn't working, Wi-Fi wasn't working, so noisy at night from music from the bar below and people in the streets, very small and cramped room
Location Service Breakfast Clean Comfortable
Windows not noise isolated and you can hear the music in the restaurant downstairs and the city noise.
Has a very nice warm clean comfortable room. Lovely stay & will be back
Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, very central.
There was no lift and I found it tiring going up several flights of stairs, especially when I arrived with my suitcase. Blaring music every single night from nearby pubs and no double glazing meant earplugs were essential.
Location could not be beaten. The Celt pub downstairs was also a great surprise and good night out
The free shuttle service from the airport very nice staff comfy bed
the noise from the nearby bar until 1.30 in the morning
A pair of single beds pushed together isn't the same as a double bed - if you know what I mean...
