Bed I thought was a bit uncomfortable could have had a bit more bathroom products
Parking options Poor beds
Everything, it was just perfect, lovely room overlooked the bay
not a lot, although staff were friendly & capable.
quite expensive for food & drink. very noisy all night inside the hotel. beds not comfortable. bathroom so difficult to get into, had to open door fully to squeeze by shower. not good value for money.
Excellent in everything for the customer
To short of a stay will stay longer next time
Cleanliness was top notch, good facilities and a big breakfast if you want it.
The beds where bargain basement, not very comfortable at all. But as I was only staying 2 nights I didn't care too much. I would have suffered if it was much longer
Mattress a bit to firm
We had a great view from our room onto the river below.Room a little dated and in need of an overall decor and clean but great location and only a 2 min walk from the castle.
The long walk back to reception trying to negotiate the quickest way to the entrance.
bed was comfortable Easy parking
rooms are old and dated for the prices rooms and corridors need updated
Lovely hotel in the centre of Donegal. Staff where very helpful, letting us know what to do etc, we had a great room overlooking the river and a great meal in the restaurant. Also found a great laundry just across the road and had all our laundry done for e15.
Because there had just been a festival it was hard to get parking, but staff were as helpful as they could be.
Place is a total disaster! No parking available and NO effort to help the situation. NOISE !!!! So much noise from the bar downstairs that the walls absolutely vibrated! This went on until after 1am even after we were told it would end by 11pm. No help from the staff and they just don't seem to care. They don't accept any responsibility for anything, just make excuses that it is someone else's problem and go on about there business. Terrible Attitudes!!
I loved the friendly staff, our roo was huge. The castle was nearby. Banks and pharmacy within a block, and the Donegal tour bus came to the door.
There were some loud drunk wedding guests our first night but the rest of the nights it was very quiet.
Great location for the golf competition I was in. Great local amenities Staff, second to non
It was very noisy. We were in room 156 and it sounded like there was a large group of people staying next door and having a party in the middle odof the night!! Also, there wS terrible noise early morning. I think it was from people going through the doule doors in the corridor beside our room. We were at a wedding that night and we didnt get much sleep due to all this noise. Do those double doors really need to be there?
staff and facility
noisy next to street - outside hotel control & lack of car park space - could inform patrons how to get car parking before arrival
Nothing any bother to staff very helpfull
Location and staff
l lliked the staff they were really friendly laura was a amazing girl she was so helpfull we loved our stay very much thanks again xx
i really didnt like the bathroom it was too small and my auntie was in a wheel chair and it was awfull having to get her in and out x
The food was of a vry poor standard. It was the month of August and restaurant not opened in the evenin jst bar menu on offer.
Everything about the hotel, so central, staff were exceptional particularly the receptionists, Vicky and Linda who went out of their way to accommodate us as we had to change rooms due to my daughter wanting to stay an extra night, also me wanting to change rooms as the first night I hardly slept due to a noisy generator which vibrated all night long (don't get room 368!). Apart from that we had such a pleasant stay I would recommend it to anyone. Btw, beautiful comfortable beds!
Nothing, except the noisy generator!
Great location. Center of everything.
