The location is excellent, as is the fabulous Library Bar. Staff are pleasant and helpful. I have stayed here several times, and will continue to do so when in Dublin. I was in a single room on this occasion, and it was very small and had inedaquate lighting. Some rooms are lovely, but it's pot luck as to whether you get a good one! Also the breakfasts, though adequate, could be much better with a little imagination - more choice needed. |

It was very pleasant in every way, but we were on a working stay and were unable to appreciate the finer aspects of the hotel generally. |

The location of the hotel is excellent, the room quiet and clean. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was not great. |

Very welcoming staff, excellent value and superb location for sight seeing, shopping. Excellent breakfast and quiet well equipped bedrooms that were quiet and relaxing. |

Comfrotable, hearty breakfast, helpful & friendly staff.... If I had to be really picky - only 3 pillows on a double bed , but I propped mine up with the blanket from the wardrobe |

The inclusive full breakfast, the early check-in (from 9am). No main light in the room, all lights were bed-site lights. |

i thought the room was a very good size and the beds, pillows etc were very comfortable very noisy of a saturday night with the nightclub blasting out music till the early hours |

Very central, had a old-fashioned bar-restaurant, rooms were excellent. Good value for the price I paid. Single window panes in the rooms. That's a drawback in the middle of a capital. |

Magnificent Library Bar, comfortable and gentle character Central heating in two of my rooms was broken during the stay but the hotel manager gave us mobile heaters and a discount off of the bill |

The old-style nature of the hotel. The staff and the clientele. The furnishings. The fact that all the lights etc. were working in the bedroom. I didn't have long enough to explore other aspects of the hotel. |

Conveniently located. Good breakfast and service. Nice comfortable bed. Requested 3 single beds in a triple room and this was not available at check in for the first night. At times (early evening) it took a very long time for the hot water to reach adequate shower temperature. |

closeness to temple bar. Very looked for since it was haloween and we wanted to stay up till late. we where there just for the night, so I couldnt find out anything that I didn't like. |

I liked particulary the location which is really "central", with easy access to restaurants,bars, stores and city' points of interest all within walking distance. The hotel's Library Bar is charming. I did not like the very late cleaning of the rooms (sometimes after 2 p.m.). If you come for more than two days, you have problem where to put your clothes (at least in the single room where I stayed). |

Centrally located & easy to reach from the airport via bus. Very clean. Due to the central location, it was noisy on a night. Breakfast was luke warm both mornings - need to review warming facilities.Had a cold shower the first evening but it was 7pm. Enquired as to why & was told it was due to high demand ! |

Room was very small but adequate. The only complaint was the breakfast. Nothing on any of the hotplates was warm let alone hot. |

The location for the shops and airport are brilliant, we were allowed to check in earlier than 2pm because our room was ready. The noise in the main street was horrendous me and my party didnt get to sleep until about 4pm. |

Hotel room was very nice and always clean. Excellent location for Temple bar, shops and attrations. The shower did'nt work propley. Did'nt give much water and base of shower didnt drain. |

The noise and party which ws held on the Saturday night, there was no mention of this at the time of booking, no double glazing, very noisy! |
