Access to shopping. Excellent bar
check out the library bar which is so cosy and one of the nicest bars in Dublin for relaxing beside an open fire.
The staff were very help ful it was in a good location.
Very good position of the hotel to all the major attractions of the city. Good cleaning of the room!
Room not very enlightened and not really heated. In January this type of heating is not sufficient!
Location is perfect.
Street noise late into the early hours.
location room library bar
shower desk staff did not greet guests morning & evening
Room very small. Bed was tiny. Walls were dirty. Room very cold. You could hear everything from the street very loud hard to go asleep.
When you arrive 10 minutes late for breakfast it might be a good idea to toss an egg on for a guest who slightly missed a sitting. Not like you needed to make a complex meal. Just saying...
Location and the period charm.
location size of beds breakfast options and price
poor lighting in rooms
How clean it was, location in relation to our destination and breakfast was great
only one thing the duvets on the single beds are wat too small, they barely cover the bed
Close to Temple Bar and shops
Comfortable bed. Nice staff.
The room had a wardrobe that jutted out so much that you could very easily hit yourself off it as you walk in the door. The room was very small.
Location Service Comfort Price
Wasn't expecting a "wow factor" so met expectations to a tee
Very friendly,helpful staff,great location.
the "old Fashion" appearence the library bar
Fantastic central location in the centre of Dublin City. Great value in rooms which, although basic, were clean and comfortable.
Room was old fashioned and had poor lighting. It's a small gripe at these prices, I really couldn't complain.
The hotel is really well placed for sightseeing, restaurants, nightlife and just enjoying the city generally.
The staff ignore any requests you make (we asked for some fresh milk in the room and a bottle opener, neither ever turned up). The room wasn't very clean and someone has painted male genitals on the ceiling in what looks like beer. The corridors were blocked with dirty laundry bags which we literally had to jump over to get into the lift!
Location hard to beat. The hotel's Library Bar is nice.
Bed bugs. Average beds with poor quality duvet and pillows. Shower didn't work, which is unforgivable.
The hotel is located in a wonderful spot. The entry way is lovely.
The room and shower were very small. Also when we got off the lift to get to our room there was trash lines up on one side and laundry lined up on the other side. The trash seemed to be removed quickly, but the laundry was there the whole time we stayed.
The location of the hotel is excellent it was perfect for an overnight stay.
The room would have benefited from a main ceiling light in addition to the lamps provided. Cleanliness overall was very good but a couple of areas could have done with a once over with a cloth.
Great location, just a walk away from the temple bar
The room was very dark and small, with squiky floors.
Cosy, warm and comfortable hotel in an excellent location. Lovely bar!
location,price,comfortable,nice helpful staff ,clean.
only one thing the shower was a dribble, not very good at all.
Great location for all you want to do in dublin City
