closeness to temple bar. Very looked for since it was haloween and we wanted to stay up till late. we where there just for the night, so I couldnt find out anything that I didn't like. |

I liked particulary the location which is really "central", with easy access to restaurants,bars, stores and city' points of interest all within walking distance. The hotel's Library Bar is charming. I did not like the very late cleaning of the rooms (sometimes after 2 p.m.). If you come for more than two days, you have problem where to put your clothes (at least in the single room where I stayed). |

Centrally located & easy to reach from the airport via bus. Very clean. Due to the central location, it was noisy on a night. Breakfast was luke warm both mornings - need to review warming facilities.Had a cold shower the first evening but it was 7pm. Enquired as to why & was told it was due to high demand ! |

Room was very small but adequate. The only complaint was the breakfast. Nothing on any of the hotplates was warm let alone hot. |

The location for the shops and airport are brilliant, we were allowed to check in earlier than 2pm because our room was ready. The noise in the main street was horrendous me and my party didnt get to sleep until about 4pm. |

Hotel room was very nice and always clean. Excellent location for Temple bar, shops and attrations. The shower did'nt work propley. Did'nt give much water and base of shower didnt drain. |

Love the bar, the location, and the price. Bar staff very pleasant. Receptionist not very pleasant, but otherwise got what i paid for. |

Staff were very helpful. I requested one of the quieter rooms and was accommodated. Library bar was great Room a little on the small side and bathroom was far too small. Not enough pillows. Lifts, stairway and corridors were shabby as was the dining room, however this seemed to be in mid- decoration. |

Olde worlde charm in a modern city centre, surprisingly quiet although I would not want to be there in hot weather when lack of air-con would mean having to have the bedroom window open Internet a bit hit or miss. Daft breakfast waitress telling me I had to go to reception and pay for breakfast before I could have it. |

I booked a double bed and got three singles with no room to get around the beds. When moving the beds I found filth. |

Location was good for Dublin night life Quite a lot of noise, in general clean enough but in need of a refurbish, showers /room fittings a little cramped and tired - but this not reflected in the price - (though all Dublin hotels are currently relatively expensive anyway) |

The room was compact, but ok. Cooked breakfast was good. Staff were helpful. Hotel was in a very good location within walking distace of most things. Overall it suited us fine. Blinds or net curtains on the window would have been good as we looked straight across to other people's hotel rooms. Low drone of electrical equipment outside could be heard all the time. |

Boiler broke down and there was no heating or hot water - staff said no heaters left so we were freezing for a couple of hours but our other room was given heaters. Only met 1 irish worker at Hotel and he worked in the evenings and was very helpful. |

Central Hotel was in the perfect location for Grafton Street, St Stephens Green, Temple Bar and the tour buses. A short walk across the river to Henry Street/O'Connell Street shopping. A bit noisy on the Saturday night but thats to be expected when staying in a city centre |
