Staff very helpful and informative, made the check-in process very quick and easy.
A minor gripe, but, tiled floors everywhere except the bedroom made for very cool nocturnal wanderings. ie. a quick visit to the loo in the night left me with very cold feet, but hey, I understand why!
Great location and functional kitchen facilities
We had no hot water in the bathroom for a shower however were given a different room to use on the Saturday night but still had to suffer a cold one on sunday morning again, furniture looked very woren and needed updated - beds were hard, carpets frayed, mould on the ceiling and smelt of dampness. I was disappointed as we have previously stayed in Staycity apartments in Edinburgh and Liverpool and were fabulous. The wifi never stayed connected
how helpful the staff were
This was a very clean and spacious place to stay. The staff were very friendly and kitchenette and washing facilities were a great benefit for us.
It was very loud inside the apartment complex one night due to a group of rowdy guests. This went on until the early hours of the morning. Although very frustrating for us, we realize that this was of no fault of the establishments and this sort of thing can happen in any type of lodging
Position to centre. Clean. Comfortable.
Could feel bed springs.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Great location.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable. There were stains on the curtains
Staff very helpful. Apartment in a good location without being right in the hub of the city. Apartment well equipped although a little tired. good value for money.
sofa bed not very comfy
Apartment was clean and spacious enough.. plenty of cutlery there as well ..
A lot of wear and tear on sofa bed and in the bathroom. There was a lot of noise coming from people talking outside the window , the shifting of chairs from the room above us and the people in one of the rooms on the same corridor were giving out for about an hour at 3am . As this stay was with my son who had to attend the hospital the next day , for us it just wasn't suitable due to the noise level but otherwise apartment itself was fine..
Good service and great price. 2 bedrooms with big beds. Hall with sofa. Comfortable kitchen. Great team.
Wi-Fi was not very good...
Central location, comfortable beds
Hot water ran out, not enough lounge chairs for 4 people comfortably, only one shelf in oven, reception was unattended twice and had to wait to get back in
Staff were friendly and very helpful. Apartment was roomy and very comfortable.
Had to put a chair out in the hallway to get an internet connection.
the 2 apt s we booked for 9 people were great for our stay plenty of room kitchen facilities quite adequate for a weekend. close to the city centre and nightlife the staff were lovely the apts were quiet .
the only thing that I thought was not so good was the sofa bed which I ended up with it was not so comfy and the bedding not right for it the sheets kept slipping off . the other thing not so good is the road that runs at the side of the apts is like the M1 so you cant open the window at night.
the staff were really lovely so helpful and really nice to the kids we really enjoyed our stay
the bathroom is a bit off putting due to a very damp smell its a pity because the apartments are very good
The receptionist Louiz was very helpful and friendly, rooms were massive with comfy beds !
Lots of room. Nice modern and clean kitchen. Good selection of channels. Balcony. Double beds in both rooms. Hot shower. Nice eating area.
Old outdated bathroom
Spacious Good location Very helpful day desk staff
Night desk staff that don't speak English and know less about Dublin than I do. Terrible water pressure.
We booked it that evening and it was still great value. It is right beside a Temple Bar and is very comfortable
Very clean apartments, friendly staff, everything you need for a nights sleep
check out very early, especially for people travelling far. Shower very poor and bath in bad condition
Kitchen was good, large rooms and lots of space for family. Beds were comfy and location was good with bus stop outside the door.
Shower was broken and a hassle to try to juggle, toilet felt like it was about to come off the wall and one door was broken resulting in cold air coming in through the night as it was coming off the hinges. Maintenance guy entered apartment at 9am, whilst we still sleeping/showering, thinking it was empty room.
Apartments too small to get bags in and kids setup.
Nothing at all. Staycity apartments in Manchester were fantastic and such a dissapointment when these apartments weren't the same.
The apartment we were put into was absolutely horrendous. There was no way it would fit 5 people. The price we paid for such a disgusting room was ridiculous. The couches were tore apart, the living area was tiny, the tv was the oldest tv I have seen in a long time. The toilet was tiny and absolutely stinking of bleach. There is no way I was staying there. Got moved to Augustine apartment which was bigger but still very dirty. Carpets were extremely dirty and you couldn't see out the windows due to the dirt. Wouldn't stay again.
Very central accommodation.Good area.Warm welcome
The room I had, 3, was noisy with deliveries etc out the back. Got moved to 27 which was better, bigger and more comfortable.
Cleanliness of first room and the nose too. Also, please please please sort your showers out. Very poor.
Bed was comfy, kitchen modern and clean. Location good
The living room furniture was very worn and the bathroom could do with total refurbishment. The ceiling in the bathroom had mould which had just been painted over but you could see it coming through, shower was a pump attached to the bath.
