centrale, tranquillo, comodo bagno da migliorare ma accettabile, non è troppo fortunato il modo x consegnare la chiave,a noi andata bene, ma ad alcuni no( una specie di caccia al tesoro - cassaforte con codice e poi o trovi o no la chiave ) sembra che non ce nessuno a contattare, ma dopo scopri, che le cameriere/donne di pulizie abitano nello stesso palazzo e sono molto gentili |

L'appartamento corrispondeva esattamente alle foto, la zona è centralissima non abbiamo mai usato il bus.Favoloso abbiamo pagato per un appartamento da 3 persone con una camera da letto, abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento da due camere (infatti I bambini sotto I 12 anni non pagano e usufruiscono del letto gratuitamente, noi eravamo 2 adulti e 2 bambini) consigliatissimo Pochi utensili in cucina e alla reception non vi forniscono adattatori per le prese (organizzatevi da casa) |

Location was perfect for temple bar area. Apartments were ideal for group of friends with local spar nearby and cooking facilities in the apartment. No reception staff. Couldn't get in the building originally. Had long costly phone call to get access code to acquire key. No receptionist seen all of stay. |

The central location Request 5 single beds, not available on arrival. I had to request a portable single bed. Couch bed was shockingly uncomfortable. Washing machine did not work. Vacuum cleaner did not work. Bathroom was awful smelled of damp all the time. Black mould on the walls, no ventilation in bathroom. I would not stay here again. |

The bed was very comfortable and it was great having a washing machine. It was spacious and in a good position There were no staff (all self catering). The kettle didn't work and the shower head leaked so badly you couldn't have a shower but there was noone around to report it to. |

A quiet hotel even though being on a busy street, there was of course some traffic noise but it didn't bother at all. A fairly good location as well. |

Location was great, liked having an apartment when traveling with family. We were able to check-in very early because our apartment was ready. Good value and would happily stay there again. Many travelers were confused and uninformed about check-in procedure, we had to try to help several groups that had no idea what to do. I had read enough reviews to email in advance for check in details. It would be very helpful to have a human available in the lobby or at least written instructions/information (in addition to the number to call that is posted). |

The hotel was easy to find and very close to many tourist attractions. The direct phone for the taxi was wonderfully helpful. The room was well furnished with plenty of linens, dishes, etc. I love that there were laundry and dish washing facilities right in the room. Would have been nice for a longer stay. I did not like that there was no staff on premises. Another family trying to check in had not printed the correct door code information. We had to loan them our cellphone so they could call and get into their room. Also, our toilet was broken, but there was no one to fix it. And the room was not very clean. There were stains and smudges on the walls and doors that a simple wipe up would have taken care of had any of the nonexistent staff bothered. If you are considering staying here, a word to the wise: Watch that key. Since there is no staff, you leave the key in a lockbox when you leave. But at the end of the day, it is your word against theirs if you really left it. |

Good central location, apartment was clean and well stocked (microwave//toaster/kettle etc), handy to have direct line to taxi company too. No staff in case anything goes wrong! |

I have been to stay here before, and once again a great experience. I only met 2 hotel staff. One was rude and unhelpful, and the other one could not help you more |
