It was close enough to airport

disgusting hotel! old, the room wan't clean enough TV was broke when we came to do check out there was no one there, we needed to go and loo for someone. its not worth the money.

Location

No digital tv Reception printer didn't work for days , was required for flight check in .

Excellent, courteous staff, great value for money and close to West Ireland airport (Knock).

'Interesting' local radio station accompanying otherwise excellent breakfast!

a constant smell of food all over,even thought the food served for dinner was excellent .

Friendly staff, good food, clean comfortable room. We only ,stayed one night but found the hotel to be perfect for our stay, cooked food served lunch time and evening very friendly waiting staff couldn't ask for more. Only nine kilometers from knock airport easy place to find.

The only thing I found was slightly off putting we had to look around for staff when we needed serving as there only seemed to be one on duty and that person was trying to do everything, but the wait was tolerable

The location was good. It was relaxing. You could come and go at leisure. The staff were mostly friendly. All the rooms were clean

The entrance hall needs refreshing. The smell of food was constant, not always what was being cooked. An expelair would do the trick. The breakfast although plentyful could be served up better. As a couple we stayed in a big twin room, too big for us, this was the only room that I saw that wasn't homely or inviting.

Reasonably priced in a good location. Hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was excellent.

No lift

Receptionist very bubbly and well mannered, keen to offer services and places of interest. Rooms basic

Service given by waitress at breakfast not very pleasant, breakfast tastless and cold, put us off going on the sunday

Restaurant attached served very good food at a reasonable place. It was also close to Knock airport which we used to visit Ireland

Pleasant helpful staff, friendly atmosphere, clean comfortable rooms, good food, in all an excellent place to stay. Highly recommended.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times.Food was available for most of the day and we sampled breakfast, lunch, bar meals, early bird dinner and a la carte - all were excellent! We visited Knock with friends and found the location of Cill Aodain to be perfect (we had a car). The locals we met were also very welcoming. Our room (101!) was large and comfortable and was cleaned and supplied with clean towels each day. We believe that we received real value for money. We will certainly return.

It was ideal location as were visiting Knock Shrine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We had bar food and it was good. Overall value for money. Dining Room staff score 10 out of 10.

When arrived exterior was a little disappointing and perhaps off putting. In general interior decor is ok but probably could do with a little brightening up.

Friendly welcoming staff, attentive service, excellent breakfast and good restaurant. Rooms accommodating, comfortable and functional. Booked a single room but given a double.

Il servizio lascia un pò a desiderare per celerità e disponibilità - reception trovata sempre vuota, ma anche al bancone del bar/bistrò si fatica a trovare qualcuno. Il cibo servito al bistrò è scarso per qualità e quantità e neppure il servizio è celere. Il wifi che alla reception dicono funzioni anche nelle stanze in realtà non va.

E' situato in una cittadina ormai abbandonata. Era l'unico locale aperto! Siamo stati in conseguenza obbligati a cenare lì. Prima colazione scarsissima, anche se gratuita.
