Comfortable, Staff very experienced, helpful and Friendly. Good choice of evening entertainment such as several bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes. Despite the obvious amount of work that goes into running this large hotel, there was a lack of attention to details such as the Iron in Room was burnt and dirty, trouser press did not work. |

the hotel was lovely. its a long way from dublin city which may be a good or a bad thing depending on your visit. some of the staff were quite rude but it was a very busy night as there was a huge crowd of people there for the darts. |

I was on a business trip, the hotel suited the area of my meetings. I always stay at the city west when on business. |

Hotel is fine. It's very large and a long trek to the rooms. Room was in excellent condition - only thing missing were tea-spoons. The staff were friendly, the bar-food was a little bit on the pricey side but the service was good. Breakfast was tasty. The hotel is located outside the city and there isn't really anything to do locally so bear this in mind. |

i liked the location of the hotel and the fact that we were in the quietness of the country and still in the capital the price of a tonic water 113 mls was bordering on the rediculous the bed in2545 althougg afine size was uncomfortable as it fell off to each side from the middle |

The rooms were particularly comfortable, well furnished and well designed. The hotel was particularly busy at the weekend I stayed there and one or two of the restaurant staff were obviously stressed but the hotel seemed still capable of running efficiently even though meals for the evening could have been better organised to prevent long queue's. |

We stayed during a very busy time at the hotel, I liked the fact that the staff asked were we here for any of the functions ie the Cork/ Kerry match, When we said no he put us in a quiet part of the hotel, The room was big comfy and clean, I didn't like the extremely long corridors they seem to go on for a mile. Also no room service on weekends or bank holidays, had to queue for ages for breakfast buffet. the car park was packed and had to drive around for ages to get space which was ages away from hotel main door. |

We started staying in City West when they had the promotion on € 88 per room B&B, and now we keep going back! My boyfriend and I find it the perfect spot to go just for a nice relaxing weekend away, and Mark loves to play golf too! The rooms are lovely, the staff are friendly, the food is great! It's an all - rounder I think! We look forward to staying there again in the future. |
