Room and staff
Staff were excellent, very friendly & helpful. Hotel & room were very comfortable & spotless. Food was excellent, great choice for breakfast & dinner was really good.
Great deal would recomend
Very warm hotel from the second you walk in the door, Very friendly and helpfull staff.
Location. Nothing in the immediate surrounding areas to entertain the kids. Have to drive to get anywhere outside the hotel
food was good the hotel room had good facilities and staff were friendly
the fact that i couldn't connect my mobile phone to wifi the hole night was a little frustrating
we love everything about this hotel it is just so homely and relaxing ......staff were excellent be back soon .............
Didn't have to stay in queue for check out. Receptionist told us to leave key cards.
The lifts were very slow had to use stairs a lot of the time.
Could not fault this hotel staff were very pleasant and good value for money will definitely go back
Easily located just off the M1. Lovely modern hotel with great staff and great value deals. Airport shuttle is a great service and very prompt and reliable.
This hotel still has smoking rooms which is off putting as I didn't pick up on this on the booking screen. Smoke can be smelt in rooms even after thorough cleaning and along corridors on the third floor.
I notice the duvet cover was washed with poor detergent that's why the we're losing their shine and softness, thermostat doesn't work if you put on 28*C however it works if you put 24*c I didn't understand the rational for that, breakfast unbelievable but very Limitted options for quick counter food, car park and reception was very handy and nice staff was very helpful and understandable, they compensate and apologies for freezing unforgettable stay of this hotel but still willing to come back for sure and next time we put 23*c thermostats and going for break fast early to order from menu card. Enjoy
Helpfull friendly staff, great location for airport , comfortable room, good reasonably priced food.
Food in restaurant
I found the girl who checked us in was very helpful n the bar menu and staff excellent we had room only so I can't remark on breakfast etc also we requested a quiet room which was perfect as we had an early morning start
Nothing at all
Staff where very friendly, rooms where big and beds were very comfy. Great value for money.
Went for New Year's Eve and was put out of the bar at 10pm with the kids, have been to many other hotels on new years eve before and was never put out like that. Wouldn't go back for this reason
Home from home
Very central location. Friendly and helpful staff. Quality of food good and reasonable value. Lobby nicely decorated and perfect for chilling with coffee or wine.
A little noisy with families on arrival. It was just after New Year though and staff were quick to quell any noise complained of in rooms. Temperature in communal areas a little hot.
staff service, good food, value for money
some noisy residents.
Food excellent as always and great staff
The bath/shower door leaks onto the floor rendering the floor a severe slip hazard. We have stayed a few times at this hotel in different rooms and they all do the same. Also we find the sofas in the reception area very low and uncomfortable they need changing
Booked room with breakfast, receptionist quoted we had a room only deal booked. I had to inform her we booked for bed and breakfast at a rate of €149. Receptionist then said she was looking at the wrong room number. It wasn't a good first impression and didn't feel overly welcomed. When we got to the room the wooden tray for the kettle had white tea cup stains on it. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel!
the food was great and breakfast 10 out of 10
rooms drafty and takes a while to heat up
We had a fantastic time at this hotel. It is very convenient and easy to find from the motorway. It is very convenient to get around with the motorway so near. We did not want to leave and will definitely be back.
This is the perfect Ryanair hotel experience... great value for the accomadation alone. . All extras are available at a reasonable cost.. so if you want really good basics then this is it.
Free wi-fi. Good value bar food. Room this time was quiet as requested.
The walls are really grubby and require repainting. The Car Park is not secure. The common area carpets could do with a deep-clean as there is a smell. Receptionist whilst a very nice lady was impatient, I daren't ask a question. Probably better suited to rear office than front-of-house.
The lication is excellent for visiting Dublin or using as an airport hotel. Time to the airport is 20 mins & 30 to Dublin. Staff and facilities are great. Never had a problem any time we have stayed. Great value for money.
The room was very cold when we arrived although the heating/cooling system is excellent. Bar area was very cold and this was the only place where food was being served as it was Boxing Day. This made it quite uncomfortable even though staff brought a heater.
The fire alarm went off three times which woke us up ... and the room was freezing i thought the window was open but it was a gap in the frame couldnt get warm all night
